Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all trash is taken to the garbage bins in the garage otherwise bears will come!

Walking distance to the Old Arroyo Grande Village with great pet friendly restaurants, breweries and winery tasting rooms. 2 blocks from Heritage Park where there's often live music, summer concerts and fun play area for kids and pets. Farmer's Market within walking distance happens every Sat 12-2pm. Within 20 min from Cal Poly and the bustling town of San Luis Obispo. This Cottage is located 3 miles from the beach and close to great hiking areas like Pismo Preserve (8 min away), Avila Beach (10 minutes away), Pismo Beach 6 minutes away and more!!
