Ocean Oasis is a private home situated on seven scenic acres of private land in the sunshine section of Deer Isle. Enjoy access to 650 feet of ocean frontage, clean and well stocked living spaces as well as many other amenities in this dreamy retreat.

Ocean Oasis is a three bedroom, two bathroom home spreading over 1900 sq. feet with soaring ceilings, multiple skylights which provide wonderful natural light and big views form a number of the living spaces. The home is spacious and perfect for families or two couples coming to enjoy all that Deer Isle and Stonington have to offer. Ocean Oasis has an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with most all the kitchen gadgets needed to pull off any meal. There is a dining area with seating for six and a comfortable living room with a new leather sleeper sofa. Completing the living space is a fireplace to set a warm and ambient tone on chilly evenings or mornings. Ocean Oasis has recently been upgraded to high speed fiber optic internet.

Ocean Oasis has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite with a King size bed , nightstands with lamps and a large dresser. There are doors to the ocean view deck off the bedroom. The master suite has a grand ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub with a drop in table for wine or tea while soaking. The bathroom also has a glass shower for the less leisurely bathing days. There are two bedrooms in the other wing of the home. The second bedroom has two twin beds, nightstands with lamps and a closet. This room does not have a water view but does have great natural light and comfortable furnishings. The Third bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, nightstands and a stunning view of the ocean.

Ocean Oasis has a large seaside deck with a patio set including six seats and a gas grill to make dining al fresco an easy option. The home also has access to amazing ocean frontage. There are multiple opportunities for guests to enjoy the water, whether you are launching your kayak, paddle board or canoe. Sitting and watching the tides come and go will be an easy endeavor at Ocean Oasis.

Large, well appointed house with a beautiful view of a cove and a great trail by the shore

Ocean Oasis is a large and comfortable house, 3 bedrooms, with a great deck with a view of an ocean inlet, and a fireplace. There's a lovely trail by the shore leading out onto iconic Maine coast with granite ledges and seaweed at low tide.

All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
