Cozy Vintage Cottage - Higgins Lake
Enjoy the beauty of Higgins Lake in this 3 bedroom vintage cottage. Guests can enjoy a quick walk to the beautiful, crystal clear water of Higgins Lake. The family friendly Gerrish Township park is accessible within minutes and wonderful for families with the sandy beach, volleyball, kids play set, grills and a bathhouse. The cottage sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms and plenty of room to relax and enjoy quality family time. Enjoy the original knotty pine and modern upgrades that make your stay cozy and comfortable!
We are very serious about the cleanliness of our cottage...we will provide sanitized bed linens, but not blankets or pillows, which are difficult to maintain to our standards.
We do not allow ANY events at our cottage that would bring in over 8-10 guests, as we have the utmost respect for our neighbors and the beautiful, quiet natural surroundings that make our cottage a peaceful getaway. Absolutely NO parties or distasteful behavior will be permitted. Outdoor areas will be monitored by security cameras.
