Unit didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Fireplace didn’t work and needed to get help. Candy wrappers left throughout and garbage not taken out. Hair in tub. Pool and hot tub hours limited or closed during times we stayed. Hours could have been listed prior to stay. It was one of the reasons I chose this facility and wasn’t able to use it.

I apologize the unit hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned — candy wrappers, hair, and trash should never have been left behind; I’ve alerted housekeeping to review cleaning procedures and inspected that unit. I’m also sorry the fireplace needed assistance — our maintenance team was notified to address the issue and improve response times. Regarding the pool and hot tub hours, I apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
