The Pleasant Pearl has been fully remodeled for the 2021 season. The remodel had one goal in mind, which was to keep the quintessential Nantucket charm intact while updating the home with modern amenities and sophisticated style. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Downstairs bedroom (king bed) with en suite bath. Master suite (king bed) and two more bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. Third floor offers a 5th bedroom retreat with en suite bathroom, queen size bed and room for a crib or toddler bed. All baths are marble and finished with high end fixtures. Kitchen boasts a large marble island, marble counters, Wolf range, counter stools and banquette breakfast seating. Dining room comfortably sits 8. Outdoor living offers sitting area and separate outdoor dining table for 8 The off-street parking will fit a large SUV. Just a quick stroll down to Main Street or Children's Beach - with Jetties Beach easily accessible at 1 mile away. Stop & Shop is just .6 miles up the road making this the perfect location. Sonos in every room and Frame TVs round out this perfectly cozy spot! Please note the basement is not for tenant use and will be locked.

The Town of Nantucket or simply “Town” as many call it, is the epicenter of life on the island. Situated on the north side of the island around Nantucket Harbor, Town offers both natural beauty and historical charm. In the early 1800s, Nantucket was the whaling capital of the world. While the wharves and many structures in the commercial district were lost in the Great Fire of 1846, some still stand today and are thoughtfully preserved and accessible to the general public. Whether it is through tours of Nineteenth Century whaling captains’ homes, events at churches or the Athenaeum Library, or a visit to a museum, Town is steeped in history. Have you ever heard of Maria Mitchell, renowned astronomer and professor? How about Herman Melville’s Moby Dick?
