We had an incredible first time in Water Color experience! The house is gorgeous, great location, neighborhood can’t be beat, access to bikes and golf cart were key and Ginger was super communicative and helpful.We hope to come back!!

Home was very accommodating for pets. However, 2 of the bedrooms are up a spiral staircase and our dog knows how to go up but not come down so we had to block it off so he didn’t go up them! The golf cart is an added bonus! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc! We were able to cook our New Year’s Day lunch! The owner was always available to answer any questions we had! Will definitely be renting again! There is talk of it even getting its own pool!!!

We are pet friendly but didn’t consider spiral staircase! I will add a pet gate soon- thanks for bringing this to my attention So glad you enjoyed your holiday lunch can’t wait for your next visit Pool is in the works!!!
