Very easy check in and out. Clean. Convenient location. Nice back yard with grill, seating, and hot tub. Has multiple kitchen items to use if needed, such as Crock Pot, pots and pans, plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses, seasonings. A/C was effective. The couch was very uncomfortable- does have a pull out bed; did not try the bed, only the couch. Only one other chair to sit in and that's also not very comfortable, made it hard to relax after a long drive. The king bed is okay, could be a little firmer but overall fine. Overall we were satisfied and had a good experience and would consider renting it again.
