Certain parts of the house are run down, the cement around the pool is dirty and moldy, hot tub didn’t work, it only heated as warm as pool. Front light at front door didn’t work, couch was dirty and smelled, definitely needs a steam clean. Garage door is rusty and gives off bad curb appeal, front door doesn’t close very well, seem tobe a security and safety concern.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We just bought this home in February, and we have not had a break in reservations to even stay there ourselves yet. We are planning all the improvements you mentioned. We will also be getting the pool and hot tub resurfaced this fall as well. Thank you again. I do appreciate you taking the time to review your stay, and I hope to get the opportunity to impress you with the improvements in the near future.
