Sweet calm two weeks

This property at the end of Reach Road is lovely and quiet, the perfect place for sitting on the deck and watching the tide stream in and out or wandering the pink granite ledges and sandy patches down at the shore. It's also only a 20 minute drive to anywhere you might want to be in Deer Isle or Stonington--the best of both worlds. The cottage kitchen is well-equipped and there are even puzzles and games for a rainy day. Do beware that, this year at least, WiFi was not really robust enough for extensive movie or sports streaming, but it was perfectly usable for catching up on emails and so on.

Beautiful property. Wonderful light within the cottage. Ocean views to get lost in. Very comfortable. Good hot water.
