Welcome to your beachfront paradise! Only steps from the beach! This bright, sunny ground-level condo is the perfect location to soak up the sun and relax on the beach. Located in the private, gated Pajaro Dunes Shorebirds community, this 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo offers a private and comfortable sanctuary. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a trundle bed. This retreat sleeps up to 7 people. Plenty of space for families. The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers to keep you feeling fresh. Guests will appreciate the family room with fireplace, kitchen with island, all cooking amenities, and a pantry. Washer/dryer and iron are there to make life easier. Enjoy thoughtful touches such as games and books to make your stay even more complete. Tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court available. Plenty of parking. Whether you are spending the day on the beach, going for a wildlife walk, or simply enjoying the mesmerizing, tranquil sound of the ocean, this brilliant condo provides everything you need. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds un-made
Place used towels on the floor near washing machine
There are garbage dumpsters in the sheds to the right and left of the building. Please take out all recycling and waste before you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Disruptive or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
Please be a considerate neighbor and observe quiet hours: Monday to Friday 10 pm - 8 am Saturday and Sunday 10 pm to 9 am
Please stay on designated paths and off the dunes. No firepit on deck. Only state provided firepits are to be used for bonfires on the beach.

Perfect place for a large family! We have five kids and this place checked all the boxes. The beach access was great and we had a blast! Communication with the owner was on point. Appreciated the binder on the counter with all the info to make everything easy. Thanks for a wonderful experience:)

Kay's condo was cozy impeccably clean and nicely decorated with a lot of details to feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was so peaceful and exactly what I needed to unwind. A little off the beaten track but nicely situated between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel where I did a lot of exploring. Just a few steps to the beach for gorgeous sunsets. I enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning.

Our family had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, where we spent our days making unforgettable family memories.Our kids absolutely loved being here! Between playing on the beach, exploring the area, and ending the day in such a peaceful setting, it was the perfect family vacation.
