My apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (3 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old *) and is located in the 4-star Sant'Anna del Volterraio Resort in Bagnaia. This resort is surrounded by meadows and olive trees and features 2 swimming pools—one large and one for children—a restaurant-pizzeria, 2 tennis courts (for a fee), and is just 400 meters from the pebble beach. The apartment, tastefully furnished, was renovated in 2022 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, a living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a new bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor patio equipped with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs for al fresco dining. The apartment has air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. From the patio, you have a stunning view of Portoferraio Bay! Guests also have access to a large garage where beach umbrellas and deck chairs are available for use at the beach, as well as a basement with a washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort, partly because the owners also use it themselves. The residence is located in a quiet area and is particularly suitable for families with children, as well as for couples who want to enjoy not only the sea but also a relaxing dip in the pool in a romantic setting.
On Bagnaia Beach, there is a German sailing school that also offers courses in Italian. In Bagnaia, you can rent canoes, pedal boats, and inflatable boats. Behind the residence, the lush Mediterranean scrub invites you to take beautiful walks along trails accessible on foot or by bike.
