This property, well-suited for a vacationing family, features high-end decor, an upgraded kitchen with new appliances, two flatscreen TVs, and free WiFi for your convenience. Head downstairs for a day of sun and surf, or go for a swim in Oceana's community outdoor pool. What's nearby: Conveniently located near dozens of popular shops and restaurants, Oceana is just a short walk from The Hobbit, Hooked, Fat Daddy's, Ropewalk, Fractured Prune, South Moon Under, and much more. Parking for one car is even provided (with additional on-street spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis). Things to know: Full kitchen Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
