The first floor of this golf resort community home features the living room, dining area, den, well-equipped kitchen, half bath and the master suite, plus the screened porch and patio (with new furniture and charcoal grill). The second floor offers the remaining three bedrooms and a full bath. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer too.  3 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, gas fireplace, charcoal grill, Wifi. Notes: Garage available for storage only - no parking. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. The house was excellent for our family of four. Plenty of room for everyone, and very spacious. The neighborhood was quiet for golf-course living, most likely because it was off season at the beach area. We enjoyed the screened in back deck and took advantage of it daily. Everything, expect for food was provided for our stay, which was appreciated.The pool and racquet facilities were extra, which we knew in advance, but they were very nice and the people we encountered while using it were very nice and helpful. The clubhouse had a very nice social room with lots of books and games, which was very inviting and an excellent feature.Negatives: The host is very strict with the 4 pm arrival time, which was a bit frustrating. The TVs didn't have cable as we originally thought, so we had to stream. Also, we were not able to turn on one TV at all. We would definitely rent again and look forward to that opportunity. We also may consider looking into buying in the community in the near future.
