This suite has a north facing bedroom with a king size bed and has black out curtains..
The kitchen/living room is extremely well set up with everything you need for cooking and there is also a large smart tv.
For your convenience there is a washer/dryer for your use just outside the door and if required a parking spot on the property

James Bay is literally a few minutes walk to all the amenities you will need from groceries. pharmacy, top restaurants, liquor store and all the top attractions.

Fishermans Wharf is just down the street, Beacon Hill Park just up the street and downtown is steps away. No need for a car. There is a bike lane right in front of the house.

This is the perfect neighbourhood to walk your dog and the back yard is completely fenced so you can relax when your dog goes outside.

James Bay is known for being a safe oasis and the neighbourhood has so much to offer.
Pickleball all winter long in Beacon Hill park, bike riding with great bike lanes and wonderful trails like the Galloping Goose and if you just enjoy going to the waterfront to look for whales, seals and otters, the water is a 10 minute walk away. The majority of guests comment on how different the houses are from wartime little cottages to heritage homes and some very unique new homes.
I have owned my home for over 46 years and enjoy sharing with guests all the city has to offer.

We have numerous restaurants that are recognized all across Canada and the winter festivals and parades are only minutes away. Christmas in Victoria is bright and cheery with all the lights on the Parliament buildings lit up and the gingerbread house displays at the Grand Pacific as well as the Christmas tree competition downtown.

Our weather is known for being the warmest in Canada for the winter months and spring comes early in February.

If you like to work out or swim the Victoria Athletic Club in the Grand Pacific has a modern gym and an Olympic size pool. Lots of classes plus a sauna and hot tub.
If you enjoy yoga there is a yoga studio around the corner called One Yoga.
