The Zillertal Arena apartment building, formerly known as Apartment Regina, enjoys a sunny and quiet location in the heart of Zell am Ziller. It is located just about 1 kilometre from the entrance to the largest ski area in the Zillertal, the Zillertal Arena. A free ski bus stops about 50 metres from the building, providing quick access to the valley station of the Zeller Bergbahnen.


The charming town centre of Zell am Ziller, with its inviting inns, cosy cafés, and shops, is within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner.


Our holiday apartments accommodate 2 to 8 people and are simply and comfortably furnished for your stay. On the balcony or terrace, you can relax after an eventful day on the slopes while enjoying the view of the Zillertal mountains.


For social evenings, cosy seating is available in our Tyrolean-style lounge area. Here, you can plan your next day on the slopes or challenge your loved ones to a card game.


You can park your car in our car park in front of the building or in the immediate vicinity, and a ski storage room is available inside the building. We recommend storing your skis and ski boots at the storage facility at the Zillertal Arena mountain railway.


If you’d like to bring your four-legged friend, this is possible at the Zillertal Arena apartment complex for a fee. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in the common areas.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
