Premium 3 BR Harbour Town Villa - Panoramic Lagoon and Golf Views

Hilton Head Island has long been recognized as one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year-round family, golf and tennis vacations. Sea Pines Plantation is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of walking and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve, equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.

Inland Harbour is a secluded community, only 34 villas, conveniently located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. Most villas overlook the Pete Dye Heron Point Golf Course. Our guests have free access to Inland Harbour's pool and two tennis courts.

Inland Harbour is a short walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. It is a five minute walk to the Harbour Town Golf links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, and the Sea Pines Racquet Club. It is a five minute walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Café or visit its many shops. If you want to explore the Plantation, bikes can be rented at the Peddling Pelican bike rental shop in Sea Pines Center.

Inland Harbour is a ten minute bike ride to Sea Pines' nicest beach, and the new Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, casual dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Parking is available at designated lots where the free Sea Pines Trolley can deliver you to the Beach Club in about five minutes.

Our villa is a 1,750 square foot, three bedroom, three bath townhouse with an open floor plan that has spectacular lagoon and golf views of the 12th fairway of the Heron Point Golf Course.

Our villa was extensively renovated in 2012. Premium amenities include new stone floors and area rugs on the main floor, custom kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, high definition TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

Upon entering our villa, you will be captivated by the great room with its stone floors and bank of windows with panoramic views of the lagoon and golf course. The living room includes a high definition TV and DVD player.

The dining area has a large glass top table that seats six and opens to a rear deck, situated at water's edge, with a table and four chairs. The fountain lagoon, tropical setting and golf views make this an ideal escape for enjoying the tranquility of Inland Harbour.

The remodeled kitchen has natural wood cabinets, new appliances, granite counter tops and a pantry for the washer and dryer.

Our villa has three large bedrooms. The guest bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds, flat screen TV, full bath and balcony. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, high definition TV, DVD player, sitting area and full bath with a skylight. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and full bath.

Inland Harbour's unsupervised community pool, with lounge chairs, shade trellis and restrooms, is just steps away over a wooden footbridge. The Inland Harbour tennis courts are a two minute walk from our front door.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Great area to stay!

After years of visits, this area in sea pines has become our favorite on the island. We love being between harbour town and the beach access. Easy to bike to either one. Property is well maintained and has everything you need. The neighborhood is also well kept up with nice views of the ponds and course.

Our second time in the Inland Harbor "neighborhood" close to Harbortown and an easy bike ride to the Beach Club. Nice community pool and two tennis courts. House was clean, well furnished and exactly as advertised.

Inland Harbor Retreat

This property is like a retreat! Clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Beautiful view of the golf course, lagoon and walking bridge on the property. So relaxing and steps from the pool. Probably the best property location in Inland Harbor. The owner communicated in a warm and welcoming manner and was very timely. Looking forward to another stay!

A great beach retreat! Quiet, relaxing waterfall, and convenient to everything. The trolley offers a timely service to most areas in sea pines. The bike paths are just amazing. Across from Sea Pines Center,,,great location.

Beautiful area in sea pines

We are returning visitors to sea pines! I guess we have been coming for 45 years. We enjoyed this villa. The only negatives were the queen bed needs updating or a memory foam put on it. Not really comfortable. And the upstairs was warm due to heat rising for sure! AC could not be turned down lower than 70 degrees per owner’s rules. Loved the windows and being ion lagoon!

Wonderful

This may be our new favorite condo! The condo itself is beautiful and well kept. The location to the pool, Sea Pines Center, and so close to Harbourtown made all of our activities easy to get to. We loved the windows and the natural light throughout the condo. I would suggest bringing a power strip for the master bathroom as it only has 1 outlet and it doesn’t hold plugs well. Ours kept falling out and we needed a few extras to keep razors, hair dryer and hair tools going at once. Overall, we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again. The condo owner was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions quickly.

10th year and still love our little oasis on HHI

This was our 10th year renting 2457 Inland Harbor. Our kids were tiny that first year. Now they are in college! It’s so nice to have this familiar little home away from home when we come to HHI. The villa is in the perfect location on the Heron Golf Course, close to Harbortown and across the street from the Shops @ Sea Pine Center—bike rentals, Giuseppe’s Italian, little market, and some new clothing and food shops this year. One of my favorite things about Inland Harbor is the pool. It’s so private and beautifully landscaped. The villa is starting to show its age in a few places, but nothing serious and it’s always clean and well appointed on arrival. Bring a Keurig from home if you prefer that to traditional brewed coffee. The villa has plenty of dishes, bakeware, pots/pans, etc. Could use a new cheese grater, as well. But otherwise, it has everything you need for a wonderful getaway on HHI. We are always sad to leave. We reminisce throughout the year about much-loved nightly bike rides on the golf courses (open to bicycle traffic after 8 pm). Until we meet again, HHI.

Great location

We stayed in this villa 10 years ago, loved it, and decided to give it another try. You can’t beat the location, but will be disappointed if you are looking for easy access to the beach, which is not a priority for us. It is close to the pool, restaurants within Sea Pines, walking/bike paths and a short distance from Harbour Town. The view of the golf course and lagoon is wonderful. Swampy the alligator, as other guests have named him, made daily appearances in the lagoon. The unit is spacious, but we found the redecorating done since our last visit to be bland, boring and not that inviting. There was not a single window covering for privacy on the first floor. The unit is right next to the bridge to the pool and many, many people pass by during the course of the day. You wouldn’t want to be anything but fully dressed at all times! The upgraded granite counters throughout were lovely, but there are a few things that need some attention, especially in the kitchen. The glass on the inside of the microwave door has a hole in it. How one does that, your guess is as good as mine. Support rail in the bottom door of the fridge, where you would put gallons of milk or water, is bashed in and can’t be used for such. We had to purchase a knife sharpener, which we left, because the knives were so dull (really, really dull) it was nearly impossible to cut anything. There were plenty of kitchen essentials, although I’m not sure that salt & pepper should be considered pantry items as listed in amenities. The closet door in the master bath only partially opens because it doesn’t clear the tile floor. As a general impression of the place- it’s beginning to show it’s age and needs some a freshening up. Some of the decorating items were there 10 years ago. Some of the locks on the windows in the living room are damaged and don’t work. We replaced 5 lightbulbs, including the outside and inside entrance. It may sound like I’m nitpicking but, sometimes, the details can leave a guest with a positive or less than positive impression.

Pleasant and Convenient Stay

We spent 10 days in the condo for a family summer vacation. If anything, the pictures undersell the property. It was a comfortable size for our family of five, and we found it clean and well-maintained. The kids loved looking out the large windows at the alligators, birds, and golfers. The location was also great for us; just a half mile bike ride to Harbour Town, a mile to the beach, and nearly across the street from the Sea Pines shops. The Inland Harbour pool was also a good size and a refreshing stop after the beach. Pat and Sonny were terrific hosts, particularly as we booked our vacation at the last minute. Would definitely recommend, or stay here again.

Sea pines fun

We loved the location for biking! The kids loved the pool and the nature. Huge windows allowed us all to bird watch and spot turtles and a gator in the lagoon. The property manager was available immediately for a problem that occurred with Wi-Fi and it was resolved BECAUSE he was persistent. Very nice accommodations

The villa was beautiful, the view from the living room across the lagoon was ver peaceful. I especially liked the skylight in the master bedroom. Very centrally located to Harbourtown golf course and Sea Pines Shoppes. Would stay there again.

Fantastic view!

We loved the condo and would definitely stay here again. Fantastic views of the golf course and the lagoon was full of wildlife to watch. Very convenient location within walking distance to Harbour Town and Sea Pines shopping center and a short bike ride to the beautiful beach club.

Fun, Friendly and Great Location!

We have stayed in several different rentals while waiting for our home to be completed. The property managers have gone out of their way to help us. This rental was available after another delay. What a gem. We loved this villa! One of our favorites. It is so friendly and easy to meet other villa guests and owners. The views are fabulous and the fountain is tranquil. We enjoyed watching golfers, birds and wildlife from all of the large windows.
