Northstar is renowned for its slick skiing slopes for the gravity defying, mountain biking and hiking trails for the dusty folks and luxurious lake activities for those looking for a weekend of leisure. The house brings you all the convenience and comfort. From shuttles which take you to and from the village, hot tubbing to relax those taught muscles, Peloton and Rowing machine to stick to your fitness routine, modern full size bunk room for the kids and enough entertainment space for all interests.

Our home is situated 10-15-minute walk through the lush forest to reach the recreational center. Renters have access to a modern fitness center, locker rooms with showers, saunas, three outdoor hot tubs, a lap pool which are all open year round. During the summer, there is a large swimming pool, splash zone and toddler pool. Kids can exert their energy in the games room which includes a variety of video games, air hockey, foosball and ping pong whilst the adults visit the “adults-only” clubhouse, equipped with free Wi-Fi, leather coaches on which to read anything from the library provided while keeping cozy next to the fireplace.

Just across the way from the recreational center, Northstar Village base will keep you out of the house for sure. Stroll through the Village to find a variety of dining options to suit your rumbling tummy, shops to feast your eyes on as well as a movie theater and ice-skating rink which provide year round entertainment for you and your family.

Our brand new 4000 square foot designer home can accommodate and sleep comfortably, up to 16 people in one of our five bedrooms (incl sleeper couch downstairs). Enter into the home through one of the two entrances. The entrance through the garage brings you into the handy mud room which is the perfect spot to gear up and down before or after a long day on the slopes. Enter through the front door to the main level and into the heart of home and the heart of the belly, the kitchen and the dinning area are fully equipped Thermador gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware and tableware needed to cook up a storm. Sit down to enjoy family meals at our concrete dining table or step outside during the summer months to have a grill off on the the gas BBQ and dine on the patio. High chair is available for babies.

The bright living room invites you to snuggle up on the comfortable couches next to the wood burning fireplace or move into the TV room equipped with ample seating for the whole family, a 75” flat screen smart TV where you can choose entertainment from the many premium cable and internet channels.

Journey up the stairs to dream land. There are three master bedrooms with cal king-sized beds and two spa level bathrooms. The Northeast facing master has a private balcony and view of the beautiful pine trees. The third master bedroom had a cal king-sized bed with a inter-leading bathroom shared with the bunk room. The fourth bedroom is the bunk bed room with six full beds, three full trundles, a TV room and front facing outdoor deck. The fifth bedroom is the TV room with the Sofa Bed. All beds have high-quality mattresses to ensure a blissful night of sleep.
