Cute little bungalow

Had a great time with the wife super nice little place. Quick walk to the beach and to our favorite restaurant the cracked crab! All in all had a great time.

Pismo Beach Vacation

Enjoyed six weeks in and around Pismo Beach. Saw the sea lions, dolphins, sea otters, elephant seals and surfers. I’ve stayed at this property before, great place and affordable. Looking forward to coming back.

Cute Pismo Beach Home

The home was in a terrific location, close the beach and pier for walking and finding restaurants. And it was perfect size for my husband and me. We were staying in Pismo Beach for Cal Poly Graduation and it was close to the freeway so we were able to easily zip back and forth to Campus from Pismo Beach. The home is older but clean, cute and tidy.

Great location, all the basics

Great location - short walk to beach, restaurant and all local amenities. House had all the basics, free laundry was a great perk as well! There was a little confusion with the key pick up, but I believe the management office was in the middle of an office move, so that was probably the reason for that. Overall was very happy with the experience and would highly recommend this rental for a fun, family getaway!

Perfect!

This place is best for if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the house. Its in the perfect location and had great customer service. The property management office was a block away. Had all of the necessities. Only thing is you MUST park on the street and don’t move your car before the beach goers show up or you will lose your spot. I recommend walking/ uber.I had a lot of fun and I would 100% book again.

Great location

Fantastic location in downtown and a block and a half from the beach. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the fire alarm battery chirped all night even though we attempted to remove the batteries. Also, motion detector outside kept shining bright lights into both bedrooms through the night. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the place.

Great location, cramped quarters

The prior reviewer who stated something like "This is a great place to stay if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the house" was exactly right. This cottage is located in the back of a driveway. The lack of parking was a challenge. Sinks did not drain properly. The blinds on the windows did not open and close properly. The exterior was far dingier than the photos. But we were here for the beach and the July 4th activities and the location was (parking aside) VERY convenient!

Thank you for the review! Please keep in mind 343 and 345 are our most affordable vacation rentals in Pismo walking distance to the beach. We understand parking is a challenge here so that is already reflected in the lower nightly rates. We will send the handyman for the slow drains and check on the blinds. Regarding outside we are painting the unit after the summer 2025 when reservations have slowed down. ☺ Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! ☺

Horrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

The listing was inaccurate, place was extremely dirty and washer and dryer was not in the listed property. No dishwasher, wifi password was no where to be seen had to call to get it. Car was towed even after we were told by people who were staying parking in said spot was okay. Overall extremely poor experience would not recommend. Property owner was also extremely rude.

The guest was super kind in person, and did not indicate that any of this was an issue. We advised the guest that, per the listing, this unit has no parking and that they would use the driveway to load and unload their belongings but could not stay parked there for more than a few minutes but it appears they did not heed our warnings. When they returned the keys they mentioned not being able to find the shared laundry room, but had said it was fine because they didn't need it. If any guests have issues regarding the cleanliness of a unit we ask and encourage them to please contact us as soon as possible so we can get the housekeeper back over to take care of it, but the guest only ever called and asked about the wifi and the parking.

We were not happy about the dog poop everywhere and trash all around the grounds, and all trash containers were completely filled outside so we couldn't use onr.We did bring that to the attention of the management company and nothing was done about that during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the neighborhood was great, nice location, quite, very family oriented, and convent location to the beach-stores-and highways. The house was nice, clean on arrival, proper amount of toileitaries, blankets, sheets, and kitchenwares. The price I believe could be a little less considering how small the property is and the master bedroom, bed seems a bit out dated because soon you lay on one side of the mattress the other side lifts right up, woke up every morning with backaches. I also used the property for 2 months because of travel nursing, if using the property for shorter terms then the mattress will just do you fine. I recommend the property beside of the little hiccups! I haven't had to much interactions with the management but from the few times they were pleasant! Oh yes! Only one parking spot, but does have on street parking for free. Good luck :)

Came upon a few to pick from but loved the quaintness. When we arrived so cute , clean.
