The house is very accessible and I love the fact that it is just across the Basilica of St Mary Major. My family loves the location and the property itself. It is clean and has the amenities that we need. Emanuele is a great host.

This apartment is in a charming neighborhood with great bars, restaurants and Gelato shops right outside! There’s a large grocery store right across the street and souvenirs with low prices nearby. Absolutely amazing location, comfortable and clean accommodation. Emanuele was excellent communicating with us on any needs. The elevator was the cherry on top for us! Highly recommend if you want to be nearby the main train station (easily walkable) and 1/2 mile walk to the Colloseum.

The location is great, we have no complaints there. The price was right for us and our time spent. I do have some pros and cons though.Pros:Location is spot on, washer, drying rack, two bathrooms, restaurants close by, beds comfy, versatile kitchen and utensils for four people, small elevator to the floor, working AC in both bedrooms, train terminal walking distance.Cons:Old windows and they do not close all the way, therefore a lot of the outdoor noise was right in our ears. Area is really busy all night long, running police and ambulances. If your a light sleeper, this can be a challenge. Showers are not plus size suitable. Noise deters from opening front room windows for breeze since no AC in living room. It was warm during our visit, which had its own challenges. We made the most of it and the owner did help us out when my friend turned on the percolator at the same time as the washer and tripped the main power. I am a light sleeper and was suffering from lack of sleep after I left, but everyone else was fine. It was a good stay, and we would stay again if need be. :)

The location is amazing! (Note: You are in a city and there is city noise. Bring a sound machine if needed!). The space is plenty adequate for a family of four. We brought a camping mattress and put that in the living room).The host was very responsive. The app was lagging in sending messages when we checked in so we switched the WhatsApp and then it was great. The kitchen is was well stocked. but couldn't get the stove to work (probably me!), couldn't find any pans for the oven, and the water kettle was a little gross on the inside.

Emanueles apartment matches the description perfectly. Its on the edge of Monti and Esquilino, with a nice café and gelateria nearby as well as a grocery store. Check in is a bit odd, as you must message him to remotely unlock the front door but the service in the stairwell is minimal. So make sure to have his WhatsApp ready before you walk into the building and be patient as he sometimes takes a bit to respond. The en suite toilet also wasn't working but he fixed that the following morning. Otherwise, everything was good. He was nice enough to provide some snacks and drinks upon check in as well. The road noise is present but the apartment IS located near a very popular area. The apartment is well worth the price and charm of hearing mass and the church bells from the comfort of the living room.

Such a great location

The place was clean, very open and large. The location was central to so much that we could walk almost anywhere. There was room for both of my teenagers and my spouse and I to have privacy. A very good stay over all.

Great stay

Excellent apartment, location was very convenient and owner was friendly and accommodating. The AC was a great bonus with the heat and so helpful to have a full kitchen, washer and reliable wifi. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful place to stay. It was large. Good location, walked alover to many attractions, I would most definitely stay again. If I had any suggestions it would nice if mattresses were more comfortable and if check out time was later than 9am. However, the early check out forced me on the strret early enough to rent a Vespa and they held luggage so we could do additional exploring before our afternoon train to Pisa. Very good experience overall.

Really enjoyed staying here—Very spacious with lovely bedrooms and living/dining area. Nice kitchen, too. Great communications with contact. Would stay here again - so easy to get to everything.

Great location. Space for family.

We greatly appreciated a space for our whole family to gather where the prices weren’t outrageous. Very handy having the washing machine there as well as a great drying rack. Location was a short walk to metro and Colosseum, with a bus stop right there. Would stay again!
