With 170 sqm, tastefully decorated, our gite "La Maison" has a complete and quality equipment for the comfort of our guests. Especially in the bedrooms, double beds measure 180x200 cms. The terrace of 100 sqm and it's garden view offers an ideal place for resting and relaxation. In the common area, you will find a tennis table, games, bicycles and of course the secured pool. If you want to spend a holiday with family or friends but not share the same accommodation, Le domaine de la Forge has two other houses that you can find on our web site or by looking at homelidays ref 340773 and 348683

Wonderful family holiday!!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Domaine de La Forge. We stayed at La Maison for one week and couldn't have chosen a better place to visit the Bergerac area. Dominique and Herve have been wonderful hosts and have made our stay memorable. The house is really spacious with a bright and huge day area and very comfortable rooms and bathroom. We were 4 people and a baby and 4 more people could have easily stayed with us with no problem. The house was very clean, with everything we needed, included facilities for the baby and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The terrace is also amazing, very large with plenty of space for our baby to play and for all of us to enjoy the sun and the fresh air. We also had a chance to try the swimming pool which is a definite plus if you are planning to travel there during the summer. The whole estate was extremely clean and well kept and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They sorted out everything we needed, from a hairdresser appointment to recommendations on where to go. During our stay we attended a wedding at the close by Leotardie, visited Bergerac a couple of times, Perigueux as well as Sarlat and a number of wonderful villages in the area. The place is extremely quiet, you could spend the entire night watching the stars from the terrace! This makes it even more relaxing. We were there for only a week unfortunately but came away refreshed as if we had been away for an entire month. Domaine de la Forge is very easy to reach by car, we came from Bordeaux airport and could use the spacious parking on site. If you are thinking about a holiday in the area I would absolutely recommend this place!

Voici un bel endroit calm...

Voici un bel endroit calme, très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons passé des vacances formidables grâce au propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et très serviables. Un 4/5 pour l'environnement qui n'a rien avoir avec le domaine mais simplement à cause de la nécessité d'avoir un véhicule ! Encore merci pour ce bon moment. Une famille d'île de France qui en avait besoin.
