The Villa, completely self-contained, with its own garden and parking spaces, is spread over two levels, on the ground floor there is a large living area with sofas and LCD TV, a large living / kitchen area and a bathroom with laundry. Upstairs insists the sleeping area with three cozy bedrooms, one with a sofa bed offering two additional beds or the ability to place a baby cot for children, as well as a comfortable bathroom is also equipped with a large shower. The outdoor area is equipped with the cooking area and the sink and allows the beautiful outdoor grilling in front of the lush garden and sheltered from the sun.

Villa in Siracusa

The house was very spacious and clean. The pool was very inviting, upstairs balcony was huge. Great outdoor space for eating and cooking. The area felt very safe and easy to access. Great location, beach and Siracusa close by, good for trips to Noto and Catania.

Very spacious, clean and functional property. The pool was great although a bit cool in October. Easy to get to the Maxistore Deco in Siracusa for groceries. Very quiet and peaceful villa.

Great house for family

We were 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 3, the house was perfect and spacious for our family. The outdoor kitchen and dining area was great and we spent a lot of time socialising there. The pool was very child friendly. We enjoyed our stay, but you need a car since it is located a bit distant from food stores and beach.

Beautiful ,spacious,well equipped house. Far better than the photos. The garden and terraces created a delightful additional outdoor living space. In particular it was wonderful to see a spacious, well-planted green garden at a parched time of year. The area is well provided with excellent sea front restaurants with a view of Ortigia. Syracuse is only a ten minute drive from the house..Guiseppe is a good host who responds kindly to enquiries. We recommend this villa.

A lovely house in a great area

It's a great house and the owner's niece who greeted us was great. The only problem is that the property is not fully air conditioned - just 1 bedroom and the kitchen so in a heatwave the heat was a struggle. Otherwise lots of room, lovely garden and just a few minutes from Ortigia

Ein liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtetes Haus in einem traumhaften Garten gelegen. Es fehlt wirklich an NICHTS. Wirklich etwas für Leute, die dieses zu schätzen wissen und ebenso pfleglich damit umgehen! Wir waren rundherum mehr als zufrieden. Es ist beim Ankommen wirklich entspannen pur 👍😘Gerne wieder!!!🍀

Villa très agréable et conforme à la description

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette villa avec le très bon accueil des propriétaires en arrivant le samedi en fin d'après midi. Nous avons pu profiter de cette villa très propre et bien agencée avec de grands espaces, un confort intérieur et extérieur de qualité. Seul bémol qui n'est pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire, c'est l'absence du wifi (internet) suite à un problème extérieure à la résidence. Sa situation géographique nous a permis de visiter l'est de la Sicile avec nos favoris pour Noto, Ortygie à Syracuse, Taormine et l'Etna. Ainsi que la mer avec la plage Fontane Bianche.
