BEACH FIRST LINE - Beautiful apartment completely renovated

NEWLY RENOVATED. The apartment is located in the center of the private development "PUERTO LA SAL I", on the ground floor. It has a private porch, two bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, living room, kitchen and bathroom, all renovated this year. All rooms have brand new ceiling fans. Double bed in the master bedroom, two single beds of 90 in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The mattresses are all high quality viscoelastic. Television in the dining room. Bed linen and towels are included. Wi-fi fiber optic and international TV channels. From the porch and the dining room you can see the beach and the boats arriving at the port. It is a very quiet and very familiar urbanization to spend a pleasant holiday. Upon delivery of keys 100 euros deposit will be paid which will be returned at the end of the stay by hand if all is well.

Para ir con peques está bien ya que solo hay un escalón para acceder y justo delante tienes la piscina grande y, además hay otra de niños/bebés. El ambiente de la comunidad es muy agradable y tranquilo.La playa muy cerquita, solo hay que cruzar el descampado y la carretera (3 mins andando) y genial, no cubre. Eso sí, hay que ir pronto para estar cerca de la orilla

Fijne ligging, prima appartement

We hebben prima tijd in het appartement gehad. De ligging is prima iets uit het centrum, maar heel dicht bij het strand. Het appartement behoeft wel een modernisering, want het is zeker niet recent gerenoveerd. Maar we willen de eigenaar wel bedanken dat we een week bij konden boeken omdat ik in het ziekenhuis was opgenomen. Mijn vrouw hoefde daarom niet naar een hotel.

Zo goed als aan het strand.

Prima, wat klein voor 3 personen. Alleen heel veel serviesgoed, er is geen plek voor je eigen spullen! Denk totaal wel 50 glazen, heleboel kopjes en bekers. Heel veel borden. Beddengoed waarvan onderlakens steeds losgingen, passen niet goed. De bank is echt aan vervanging toe. Communicatie met Carmen heel goed. Pakt door na klacht. Dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt 15 minuten lopen.

Ubicacion perfecta

La ubicacion es una.maravilla...desde la terraza se ve la piscina perfectamente. La playa esta a 100 metros, un paseito de 2 minutos como mucho. Lo mas destacable es la comodidad. Hay un super a 10.minutos andando Dialprix.

My month in May

Lovely accommodation , everything I would need including WiFi and English channels. Peaceful area , great little complex close to the sea. Gated community, and felt safe. Bars and restaurants close by. Good supermarket in both directions. I stayed here while searching for a property to buy. Parking no problem and good access to road network

Holiday Cut Short

We booked the apartment for 8 weeks and were very pleased to be met on arrival by Karina who was really helpful and very friendly. The apartment was just as in the pictures, very clean and had everything we needed, it is in a lovely position and we enjoyed the lovely sunny terrace with great views of the sea. We had a lovely first 2 weeks and then we were quite shocked when we were told all the bars and restaurants were closing at midnight,we had heard on the English news that the virus was in Madrid but unaware it was where we were. The beach was closed the next morning and total lock down the day after. In spite of the uncertainty and all that was going on we felt as safe as we could be and the English neighbours were a great help informing us of all that was going on. We stayed in lock down for that week before we were able to get a flight home. Both Karina and Maria were brilliant in helping us sort out Taxi's as only 1 person per taxi during lock down. Maria informed us before we left that she would be giving us a refund as we were only able to stay for 3 weeks, that was totally unexpected and we were so grateful. We will definitely be re-booking as soon as this is all over if we can. Thanks Maria
