Luxury, private, gated heated pool, hot tub, fenced in property! Child friendly!

Gorgeous and ultra-private estate set on 2+ acres. Six bedroom and three bathroom home in the heart of the Hamptons. Perfect for a city escape! Amenities include gated heated pool, hot tub, huge deck, peloton, Sonos speakers, ping pong table, bicycles, beach chairs, DirecTV, Amazon Firesticks and much more!
House is in desirable Wainscott in East Hampton. Less than a half mile from montauk highway. You will be biking distance from gorgeous Beach Lane beach (less than 2 miles) and Wainscott town (1 mile- barrys bootcamp, breadzilla, Seafood shop, Levain bakery, Goldberg's bagels etc...)! There are many other nearby beaches as well. Less than 4 miles from Bridgehampton and East Hampton main streets and 5 miles from sag harbor. The jitney is a mile away. Close to Wolffer Estate Vineyard!
The house has a beautiful 20 by 40 ft heated pool and a hot tub that seats 7 surrounded by 1500sq ft of deck space with sofas, lounges, Weber grill and a large outdoor dining table. We guarantee that the pool will be open and heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Outside of those dates opening and heating is weather dependent. (For the 2021 season pool cover will come off on April 26th and pool will be swimmable by May 9th at the latest). Please ask if you'd like to ensure it is open and/or heated for your dates outside of MD-LD and we may be able to accommodate your request (there may be an additional charge depending on dates and whether or not you want it heated). The hot tub is open and heated all year long.
The large front porch has sofa and chairs so there is plenty of room for all guests to find a quiet and private place to relax.
The living room and 3 of the guest rooms have direcTV and flat screen tvs. There is wifi in the house, on the deck and out by the pool. There is also a verizon network extender. The kitchen, living room and dining room are equipped with Sonos speakers.
All linens and paper products are included. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes, small appliances (coffee pot, espresso machine, toaster, juicer etc...). There are also bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas for use.
The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
We have many children’s items available for use at the house such as a high chair, baby gate for the stairs, crib etc... Please ask if you would like to see if we have anything in particular or if you’d like any of these things ready for your stay.
We are a couple living in Manhattan with our toddler daughter and baby son and we love spending our free time at the beach with friends longtime and new!

A dozen middle aged friends getting out of NYC for a relaxing end-of-summer weekend The house was lovely, clean and well-stocked. It was easy to get to beaches, East Hampton and Sag Harbor shops.The pool and hot tub were wonderful

Perfect place and location for our weekend!

Stephanie was so thoughtful about the layout and bedrooms, so function for a large group. The pool was amazing with exposure to sun and the house is beautiful and quiet!

Perfect stay for ladies weekend in Hamptons

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and it was great! Very spacious with lots of beds and bedrooms, the hot tub was perfect at night and the property was very easy to get to. Lots of cups/bowls/kitchen supplies as well, more than enough for the 12 of us who stayed. Host was great answering our questions and making sure everything was ready for our stay!

Just four nights for a family get together this house was perfect. There were 10 of us (last minute cancellation for 2) and 12 would have been tight, unless kids were small. We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the pool. Had great weather. House was perfect.

Perfect Hamptons Getaway!

Only amazing things to say about both the owners and the home! Steph and her husband were so sweet, attentive and helpful with our group on planning a fun weekend. Everything was clean, LOTS of space and a huge backyard with pool/ jacuzzi. We set up a lovely dinner outside one night too. The house is conveniently located 5 minutes from EH town - amazing restaurants, convenient store etc. We had an incredible weekend in the home with friends for my birthday! Would DEFINITELY recommend and stay again!

Amazing!

Everything about our stay at this East Hampton house was perfect. We were a large group of 10 friends/family and every single one of us had an amazing time. The house is absolutely beautiful. Very clean rooms and very spacious. The backyard not only has a huge heated pool but a jacuzzi as well. We were able to bbq and hang out in the pool all day while listening to music using the Bluetooth that has connected speakers around the pool and inside the house. Steve and Stephanie were extremely accommodating to our group. Steve was nice enough to give me his cell number, and he was there to answer any question we had throughout the entire weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

Great VRBO

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay in the Hamptons at this property. The house was gorgeous and clean. A short Uber ride to all the restaurants, bars, and wineries we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend to any large group looking for a place to stay!

Incredible Vacation Rental and Owner!

My family had our yearly get-together here at the end of October. There was more than enough room for all of us in this beautiful home. The house and grounds were immaculate. Everything we needed was there for us. The owner, Stephanie, was incredible! She made sure we had all that we needed and was kind enough to give me a virtual walk-through before my family arrived. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even have white noise machines in each room to help for better sleep. The Sonos sound system is a very nice touch, allowing to enjoy our music both inside and out. We did not use the pool (it looked great) but we took full advantage of the large hot tub, which was phenomenal! Multiple TVs throughout the house were there for some quiet time. The kitchen is large and the appliances all great for our meals, especially the 2 refrigerators. Plus there were games, yoga mats, bikes, grills, the Peloton, ping pong, etc. There is so much more I could say about this vacation property, but I cannot convey how much we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Steph, you're the best.

Amazing Hamptons Getaway

Our group had a wonderful time at this house. Stephanie greeted us at the house upon check-in and gave us a brief tour of the house with simple instructions. Prior to arrival, I had asked Stephanie if there were stepstools for the young children in our group to be able to reach the bathroom sinks. She went out of her way to purchase two for the house which came in handy. The house was clean and well equipped with whatever we needed. We loved the large dining room table which was the common area for gathering, eating, and socializing. Kids loved playing in the pool and the yard is spacious for backyard games. This was our first group trip together with kids and we have decided to make this an annual tradition going forward. Stephanie's home is beautiful and she is a gracious, wonderful host. I highly recommend this house!

Perfect Getaway!

This beautiful home makes an excellent spot for the perfect weekend getaway! Our group of 10 people stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and everyone loved it. The home is incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. Between the deck, the grill, the hot tub and the pool - the backyard truly has everything you need! Stephanie and her husband were incredibly accommodating and easy to get in touch with. They met us at check in to ensure we had a thorough tour and all our questions were answered. They kindly left the pool open and heated for us (we stayed in early October) and we were lucky enough to have perfect pool weather! The home is perfectly located close enough to town, the beach and Wolffer estate, but feels quiet, private and secluded. Would love to stay here again, highly recommend!

Perfect house

The owner Stephanie is super nice and accommodating. The house is really beautiful and has all the amenities needed. really appreciated the sonos system that can play music throughout the main areas of the house. Location is perfect, close to many stores and restaurants and very close to a lovely area of beach. We stayed in winter and the house was very warm with an easy to contol thermostat. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses etc for many people to enjoy a meal together. Lots of nice wildlife close to the house, we spotted deer, wild turkeys and geese in one weekend. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and very well decorated. Such a nice place to relax wish we could have stayed longer!

This home is WONDERFUL, as well the owners Steve and Stephanie . I will try and make this short.... EVERYTHING was PERFECT!! House is immaculate. Coming from a major neat freak it's hard ro impress me. Location is the best . Close to everything. East Hampton village , beaches etc. Very private house. Exactly what I was looking for .... And super close to Wolffer Estate. The best !!!! Love It there.... Thank you again guys for a wonderful week... I HIGHLY recommend this house to everyone. You will not be disappointed.❤️💜

The owner met us at door reviewed the house with us; showed us how to use hot tub and all amenities gave us his cell in case we had any questions.The house was beautiful; large kitchen, dining room and living room. The beds and linens were comfortable. We were a group of 10 women there was plenty of room for all of us; we enjoyed sitting around the large dining room table having cocktails and dinner. There was also a large deck overlooking the pool with lots of outdoor furniture. There were bikes and beach chairs available for our use. We would definitely recommend renting this home and hope to have the opportunity to rent it again.

Perfect Home!
