Next, this is an extremely well cared for home. Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site Care. Our condo faces Monterey Bay which gives the perfect views of the sunrise. The Master Suite is on one side of the living area, and the two guest bedrooms on the other - offering privacy. When you want to gather, there is an open, spacious living room with a decorative electric fireplace and new sofas. A separate dining area with beautiful wood table seats everyone in elegant fashion.

The updated kitchen is open, offering everything you might need to create a special meal. Fully supplied, with breakfast bar stools, this is a great kitchen for making family a special beach meal!

The Patio has a large BBQ for the grill chef in your group! Flat screen TVs, free hard-wired Wifi and cable, indoor washer & dryer all add convenience during your stay. Brand new furnishings update this truly remarkable beach home, including new sofas. From the patio, the beach is a few steps - and it's one of the most private beaches on Monterey Bay!

The master suite has a king sized bed & a full, private bath; the other two bedrooms offer a double + twin and two twins - ideal for a family getaway. 2nd bathroom for guests. This home has had one owner, and is very well cared for. Come stay with us and make some memories!!

Our group consists of high school classmates, now in our 70's been gathering yearly since we turned 40. Good location, as 5 are still in state, the 2 out of state can fly to Monterey from Texas and Arizona. Pajaro in good location as can go south to the peninsula or north to Santa Cruz area.

Great loacation

Property was easy to access. It was on the ground floor. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Guest bathroom needs some updating and repairs but was still fully functional. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues.
