If you are looking for a home for a group larger than 10, the city of Soldotna has passed an ordanince that, in city limits, we can no longer accommodate groups larger than 10 people.

Our home is 4 bed rooms 4 baths.
Sleeps 10 ( for larger groups we can open our 5th bedroom for an additional $150 setup fee. The 5th bedroom has its own private bath.)
Each bed has a private bath. lots of extra space to relax with a chefs kitchen! Located in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to stores and restaurants.
Outdoor space is amazing! With a private dock, lots of covered deck and a fire pit for those fun nights around the campfire. The owners are Kevin & Jill Fraley. Here is a description of the layout of the house.
Downstairs: Bedroom #1, has a queen bed with a private bath that gives access via hallway to the main living area for restroom use.
Bedroom #2 is a master suite with a King bed doors that open to the deck that give beautiful views of the river. Private ensuite with a double custom shower and double sink.
On this main floor is a large living room with comfortable seating for 10+with an open floor plan that has a very large chefs kitchen with 36" commercial cook range and double ovens, 10 foot island and coffee bar.

Up stairs bedroom #3 is a king bed and a oversized twin bed in the window with private bath with a double shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a window bed with a twin this room also has a private bath with a shower.
Bedroom #5 (available at an additional setup fee) has the option of 4 twin beds or a king bed with two twins. This room also has its own private bath with shower The loft area has a sectional sofa with a 55” tv and a futon sofa.
