The studio was located close to the center of Fort Collins but far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. The studio was equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We did have an issue with an appliance but Eva and her husband resolved the problem while we went out to dinner. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Fort Collins.
Eva was very responsive. Love the area and the cozy studio. It has plenty of light and very clean. My husband and I would come back again. Easy walk to old town everyday.
very well appointed and comfortable! Extra touches like a cherry cabinets and leaded glass and a very roomy tiled rainshower are artfully done.A beautiful treed Boulevard for walking or biking or parking in the shade!Very easy access to everything we came to do in town. SO glad we stayed here.
Very nice old Town studio. No excessive "chore list" upon leaving and no fees. It cost exactly what the listing indicated. We were there for radiation treatment for our dog and this studio has a large, fully enclosed yard in a beautiful, not too busy residential area. It's about 4 miles from Flint Animal Cancer Center at CSU. If we have a need to bring Daisy back to CSU, we would definitely stay again.
Very nice little studio up in Old Town. The location is on a quiet street and we had no trouble parking. The unit has a separate entrance from the main house around the back. And the unit has it's own keypad lock.Other residents were quiet. We hardly saw our heard anyone else in our few days there. The room was clean and well furnished. It has its own AC unit, which kept us nice and cool in the summer heat. There were plenty of amenities, including a cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, and iron, as well as a TV. The bed is memory foam, too, which was very comfy. It's only a 10 minute walk over to downtown, where you'll find a ton of restaurants, shopping, and activities. We easily walked for coffee each morning. I highly recommend checking out Roast and Tasty Harmony for coffee and food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here when we visit again. Thanks for a great stay!
Eva and Curt have a gem here, and are clearly great hosts. Good communication, sparkling clean place, and terrific location. It is a one bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen, including coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave and small refrigerator. Good shower, pretty back yard, just perfect for one person! Thank you Eva for bookending my visits to CSU these seven years - went from checking in my freshman to helping her get married. Started and ended at 521 W Mtn!
