2 Master suites one lower-level other on 2nd level facing the water with furnished covered balcony. Both have a steam shower and heated floors.

Gas grill @ house and at the pool (cant guarantee the pool house grill will have gas the one at the house definitely will)

Gorgeous sunsets, sunrises, and views.
Basically private pool. Only 12 homes there and 90% only two families at a time.
Night swimming, saltwater pool with pool house, outdoor hose, bar and seating area, gas grill and bathroom. Outdoor lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. (**pool closed after Labor Day).
Pool area huge enclosed fence and shrubbery surrounds pool for privacy.
Night lights at pool.
