Luxury, self contained, airconditioned studio with private terrace & use of pool

This fabulous, detached, air conditioned/heated studio apartment with swimming pool is located in residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the beautiful village centre.


The charming village centre will leave you spoilt for choice with it's numerous boutiques, bars and fabulous restaurants, all within walking distance of this well appointed studio.

The studio has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen a washing machine, large bathroom with walk in shower, w/c & wash hand basin.

A cot & high chair are also available, free of charge, if required.

Satellite TV is also provided, offering UK TV channels, BBC, 1,2, ITV, channel 4 & 5 as well as all Spanish TV channels, a blueray/DVD player and Bluetooth speaker and WIFI is also provided.

The accommodation offers a large private decked terrace, with fabulous mountain views and stunning sunsets. On the terrace are two rattan chairs, a stylish swinging chair, a coffee table, gas BBQ plus an outdoor dining table with two chairs. An electric sun shade is also fitted should you need shade on hot days.

The studio is situated in the grounds of a detached house, but is separated from the main house.

The property has a swimming pool, with large decking area, sun loungers and an outdoor shower which you are more than welcome to use as often as you like, please note, the swimming pool can also be used by another two guests who may be renting a second studio on the premises.

Linen, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and a welcome pack are all included.

During the cooler winter months, an outdoor patio heater is provided.

Nick was an excellent gost right from the monent that I booked the property and giving a friendly welcome upon arrival.The standard, quality and cleanliness of the apartment & its facilities & pool & outdoor spaces was superb. There was nothing at fault at all (which made a pleasant change compared to some other rented properties that I have used). The website photos don’t do it justice..An ideal location to explore the best of Costa Brava.Highly recommended.

Hidden Gem

Exceptional 7 night stay in the residential area of Begur. Superb location to really relax and enjoy the peace and quiet but still only a 20 minute walk into the unspoilt centre of Begur and 5 minutes walk from a fantastic supermarket. Our studio was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. The pool area is lovely with sun loungers and shade when you need it. The real beauty for us was having the superb terrace with views across to the mountains which was just spectacular. Nick is a really genuine, kind host who goes out of his way to unsure you are comfortable and have everything you need. He really does go above and beyond for his guests. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this lovely studio apartment and we will be returning in the future.

Check in....Easy. Nick messaged us the day before and asked for a check in time so he knew roughly what time we was arriving.Apartment........cosy, compact and had everything we needed. Towels, toilet roll and bits and bobs was provided. Outside patio was lovely and relaxing, good views and lovely sunsets.Pool.....lovely and clean and the cabanas was a nice touch to relax in out of the sun. Beautiful outside with the lights on at night.Host.....Nicholas was an extremely good host. Made sure we had everything we needed. Gave us eggs for our breakfast aswell as he has chickens. Nick went above and beyond and we always had a good chat when we saw him. Thankyou for everything Nick. I do hope to return to your beautifully built getaway one day. Overall.... A beautiful place which was realxing and serene. Plenty of little local walks and a drive 10 mins drive to explore like villages....pals and peratallada which are medieval villages. Only 1 hour drive to Girona and 1.5 hrs drive to Barcelona. Only 10 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and 20 minute walk to Begur town. We had wall to wall sunshine which was absolutely lovely. Enjoyed our time there and its a must if u want a quiet relaxing getaway.

Un havre de paix à garder secret...

Helen et Nicholas nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse. Leur maison et les logements à louer sont d'un charme et d'un calme fou!! Très bien situé. Nous aurions bien mis zero etoile pour garder le lieu bien caché rien que pour nous (et nos amis Hollandais) 🤗 A très vite. JD&P :)))

Le logement est tout simplement parfait, que ce soit au niveau de la propreté ou du cadre ! Calme et paisible avec une jolie vue sur la piscine et la verdure qui nous entoure, c’est vraiment relaxant. Notre hôte Nicholas nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, ne parlant pas espagnol nous avons discuté en anglais très facilement. Dans le logement il y a des cartes, flyers etc pour voir les activités aux alentours. Je recommande a 100% !

Séjour à Begur

La location est conforme à la description. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel de Begur à environ 15mn à pied du centre ville et de ses rues animées. Le soir les chiens du quartier peuvent se mettre à japper mais cela ne dure pas bien longtemps. Nicholas, le propriétaires parle un peu le français, nous avons donc principalement échangé en anglais. Il y a une seconde location dans la propriété avec laquelle la piscine est partagée. Dans l'ensemble la résidence est très calme et reposante. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances chez Nicholas et recommandons cette location et cette destination.

Dieses kleine aber perfekt eingerichtete Studio (sehr modern und wirklich alles da, was man braucht) punktet vor allem durch die riesige Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge und dem Pool, den man fast immer sehr privat hat. Das schöne Begur ist wie ein Supermarkt nicht weit weg und die Umgebung verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür. Wir können das Studio jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicholas et Hellen, communication parfaite, le studio indépendant de la maison est parfaitement équipé, il y a absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même plus, très belle vue depuis la terrasse, et la piscine est un vrai atout. De plus le logement est très bien placé dans un très beau quartier très calme, le centre ville est à 5 min voiture et les magnifiques criques sont à 10 min en voiture !

We fell in love with this property because of its orientation, the spectacular sunsets it offers and the perfect location, being on residencial Begur we are blessed with tranquillity all year round, yet we are within walking distance to the centre of the cosmopolitan town of Begur.

What makes this property unique

In summer nothing beats sitting on the gorgeous terrace when the sun goes down with a glass of chilled cava. With each season the views change, in the winter you can look across to the foothills of the Pyrenees and the glorious snow capped mountains.
