Fully applianced with all the usuals, including a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, patio, gas grill and outdoor shower which is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A/C unit in the family room brings coolness on a warm night, but the breeze from the ocean air is fantastic.

Situated on a large yard and located on a quiet dead end street - the cottage is great for kids. Beach chairs and some beach toys are available for your convenience.

Walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach/Sand Hill Cove (great beach for kids) or enjoy the closeness of Galilee, Scarborough and Salty Brine Beaches, among others. The Block Island ferry is just minutes away.

Surrounded by many great restaurants, seafood places and clam shacks, there is a fantastic selection of nearby eateries and ice cream shops. Or fire up the grill and enjoy the outdoor peacefulness of Point Judith.

This is a quiet family oriented street -- great for a family vacation. If you are looking for a party house, please look elsewhere as this is not the house for you.

NO PETS OR SMOKERS. Guest are responsible for their own linens/towels. This property typically rents Saturday to Saturday.
