The condominium consists of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, three bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the guest and a twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is a large screened lanai with stunning water views. You are just minutes away from Boca Grande, an old-Florida fishing town known worldwide for its world-class fishing, spectacular beach, shopping and restaurants.A short walk next door to the marina and you can rent a boat for the day or week and enjoy all that the beautiful Florida gulf coast waters have to offer. We live in central Florida where we are in the cattle and citrus industries. We have a love for fishing and being on the water and so after 10 years of renting along the coast we finally purchased a beautiful place of our own.
Why they chose this property
We love the Boca Grande area for its amazing fishing, beautiful blue waters and laid back island atmosphere. Boca Grande is one of the few coastal areas that has managed to stay non-commercialized.
