4 day stay - beautiful views!

The property is in a gated area and the listing was accurate and close to all La Paz has to offer. The property owner/manager was quick to respond to concerns. Unfortunately, due to some issues at the property we had a day and a half of no water at the end of our stay which brought down the overall rating.

Penthouse

No soap, paper towels, or body wash first two days. We had to buy it. Could not figure out how to work cooktop. We asked but no response. Most importantly, we ran out of water the last two day and could not shower or do anything else. Told management and did not receive refund even for items purchased.

Very Nice, big and modern Penthouse

We stayed as a group for our trip and the whole process from booking to enjoying out stay could not be better! Juan also helped us to book a van for our stay and was very helpful with every question we had! Our stay in La Paz could not have been better!

Amazing location, literally on top of LA PAZ!

Our experience was amazing. As soon as you get to the location, you have two guard stations. Sense of security is great, the security was very courteous. When you walk into the penthouse your are looking at a birds eye view of La Paz. The location has two polls , private covered parking. The owner was easy to talk to and happy to arrange transportation and activities. We would definitely arrange to stay here every time we go back. It was a great first time experience to visiting La Paz. Thank you for having us .

Great place to stay in La Paz

We had a very good stay at this property. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Big HDTVs with streaming capability. Nice kitchen and supplies to go along. nice patio on the top floor that overlooks the ocean. The owners were very accomodating and helpful. They have close ties with La Paz Baja Tours and they rented us a very nice newer VW van for our stay, which was very nice since we had 7 people. They could also take you out on a boat tour or fishing as well. The condo is in a complex with a nice pool and a nice shallow kiddie pool. The condo is in a very secure area with 2 security gates to get thru. We were very happy with the stay and would recommend.
