About this property

High Style Accommodations With Peaceful Patio!

This is another one of our elegant town home properties which provides housing for 6 adults. The master bedroom is quite large and has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and large walk in closet. Each of the other bedrooms has a private vanity/sink area and large walk in closet. Those bedrooms share only a tub/shower and toilet. The living, dining and kitchen are an open concept, great for small gatherings. The eat-in bar provides additional seating. We love these townhomes and now have 3 in our inventory. This one has a double car garage with opener which leads the lovely patio and back door of the unit for maximum security.

WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING RENTALS OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS.

One pet with pet interview. No puppies or large pets or dangerous breeds. Contact management.

They are awesome local citizens and friends and we have worked diligently to provide a safe, beautiful, peaceful property for groups of up to 6 people. We can provide a portable bed which can hold one more person for a total of 8 under special circumstances. You will love the location, neighborhood and sizeable, private back patio.

What makes this property unique

My favorite aspect of Hartford Haven is the smaller accommodation for up to 8 at an affordable rate and the spacious feel offering nearly 3 bathrooms. I also love the back patio and having a large garage from which to enter the home. There is a beautiful park just down the block where you can walk or meditate. Short drive down Wellborn Road to campus!
