Baudins View Holiday House on Kangaroo Island sleeps 2 to 12 people and is a 10 minute drive from the Sealink ferry at Penneshaw. Nearby attractions American River, Chapman River, Cape Willoughby Light House, Kingscote. Seal Bay, Marron Farm Cafe and Parndana Wild Life Park are all within 60 minutes drive. Local wineries are located within 5 to 20 minutes drive. Kangaroos feed on grassed areas around the property
All the linen is included in the cost. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach with safe swimming in the warmer months. Baudins View Holiday House is a great place for large families or friends groups with two separate living areas.

Prices start from $250 per night for up to 5 guests with extra persons at $30. Infants 1 to 2 years are free of charge.
Minimum pricing applies; SA. School Holidays have a 5 night minimum and Long Weekends 3 nights. Easter, Christmas and New Year $400 a night for up to 10 Adults with a 5 night minimum..
All guests must be included in the booking and no unpaid guests allowed.
Guest numbers will be confirmed at check in or during your stay by the owners.
No parties or loud noise after 10pm.

Family and friends getaway

We had a great time away exploring Kangaroo Island. The house was perfect for our large group and very clean. Hosts were very easy to deal with. Awesome set-up. Short walk to the beach where our 4yo Grandson caught his first fish off the rocks. Thanks Des and Kathleen.

Finally made it to KI

We had booked for January but had to reschedule to October due to the bushfires. A huge thanks to Stayz and owners Des and Kathleen for making this trip possible--a real highlight of 2020 for our family. The house was ample size for 2 families to enjoy and had everything we needed. Location was central to all that KI has to offer.

Great location

Property was clean and had provided with everything we needed. The communication with the owners was easy and received responses very quick. Its a great location if you want a quiet holiday by the beach or want to be out and about. Its about 10 kms from the ferry terminal. Showers were a slight struggle as it ran on rain water but it was a short holiday and didnt really feel the pinch. Suggestio : network on kangaroo island was a challenge. Wifi at the property would be a great help.

Well equipped, clean, and very spacious!

We couldn’t be more happy with what Des and Kathleen prepared for us. They were very easy to communicate with, and very accomodating to us. We even forgot some items at their property and they made and effort to contact us regarding it all! The property is very spacious, and well equipped with kitchen items. adult family get together at Baudin beach

Great place to stay for large group/ family. Lots of living spaces, long tables, couches etc so we were not on top of one another. Quiet area, walk to small beach with good spot for an evening drink with sunset. Clean, well supplied kitchen & welcoming host. Highly recommend as base to explore KI - not too far from Penneshaw for good pub, cafe & IGA.

Honestly the best home for a family. Especially with young children

The separate levels of this home was perfect. My parents had their own wing so the 18month old who doesn’t sleep didn’t disturb them. Everything we needed was there. Walking to the beach and caught a whiting first cast was awesome. I’ve already booked our next trip. Thank you guys
