Generally very good experience. Appliances (such as blender) needed thorough cleaning upon arrival. Sliding screen door to porch found broken when we arrived. Location wonderful for getting about and going about yet quiet enough to rest, have a meal on the porch. Might want relocate TV on wall opposite the futon. Cushions on one chair need replacing.
