We enjoy Wellfleet very much and all that the Outer Cape has to offer. This was our first year renting at 10 Samoset Ave and we loved the house! The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoy all of the beaches in Wellfleet, but it was also very convenient to have a beach so close in proximity to the house.The Lucich family would be very happy to spend our summer vacation at this home next year!😃🌞

Reviewer Comments: We love 10 Samoset.As you can see in the picture with the amazing view, we recommend some trimming of the shrubs that have grown up to block the view in the picture. Otherwise 10 Samoset is an ideal spot for our family.We loved the upgrade in the washing machine/dryer and recommend an upgrade in the dishwasher and a few of the outdoor chairs. Thank you
