Welcome to Carolina Beach Dreamin! Come stay at the most sought-after condo

vacation rental in the Carolinas.



The building has a elevator, community pool, and coded building access. This

premier oceanfront condo building has everything you need for your family

vacation. Close to the boardwalk for all the extra fun or steps to sand and

relaxation.

This beautiful oceanfront condo is an end unit where you can enjoy beautiful

ocean views from most every room! It is a short walk to your own private beach

access walkway only available to people in this building. Everything you need

is within a few minutes' walk (Boardwalk, restaurants/bars, shops, ice

creameries, live music, etc.). Park your car and leave it parked for your

stay!

The unit has a marvelous set-up including three bedrooms, two and a half

baths, a full kitchen with open concept to the spacious dining and living

areas. The master suite has a king bed, sliding glass doors that open to the

balcony, en-suite bath with vanity and a large walk-in shower. It also comes

with a Roku Smart TV. Step outside of your master bedroom to wake up to the

ocean sunrise without having to wake the kids or other guests.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and is conveniently located beside the

hall, full bath with tub shower. Enjoy the ocean view from your window!

One parking pass is guaranteed in the summer season. Open dates for community

pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association.

This is a nonsmoking unit, and no pets are allowed.

The town of Carolina Beach is conveniently located within a 20-minute drive of

the City of Wilmington, which has significant shopping, dining, nightlife,

points of interest, and historical significance. It is also within a five-to-

ten-minute drive of the Fort Fisher Historical Site, the NC Aquarium at Fort

Fisher, and the Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry.

Perfect condo in a perfect location

This was our first time in Carolina Beach and the condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and access to the beach and restaurants made it very easy with kids. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay at, was better than we expected and the bedrooms all have great privacy for bigger groups. Location is awesome and the pool area was perfect for us if we needed a change from the Ocean and sand. Just bring your OWN beach towels, we were thinking there was some to use.

Wonderful location

It was laid out better than we imagined in the condo. Great privacy for every bedroom situation. The condo had NO pool or beach towels to use. Only one bath towel for every guest. Definitely had to buy some pool towels, and laundry was a must. Just wish we would have known ahead of time, only issue.
