A great property that is very conveniently located within walking distance of Sandy Beach and any easy drive to the other Rincon beaches. Being up on the hill gives you nice breezes and an ocean view. This was our 3rd trip to Rincon and we would gladly stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Very peaceful, quiet, location with awesome ocean view. We loved the huge covered porch overlooking the ocean and the private pool. Home was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Very easy check in and check out. We will be back again.

House was dirty and not ready when we arrived. I had to contact the host, who said there was no one available to clean, so we left the premises and requested a full refund. I also took some pictures as evidence. I will not be doing this again.

We arranged a full refund for the reservation through VRBO and regret that you had to make last‑minute alternative plans. We updated our cleaning calendar procedure for a mandatory cleaning calendar double-check and an on-call staff backup. Erica was very responsive to our request one was resolved in 20 minutes. The steps were a lot for us but we loaded up the beach bags and enjoyed 2 dinners on the roof top deck.
