This newly built and furnished carriage house style Highview apartment will ensure your comfort and privacy as it provides exceptional, expansive views of Frenchmans Bay, the Schoodic Peninsula and beyond.

The privately accessed entry, from the parking area or garage, opens to a staircase which will lead you to the second-floor apartment. Enter the combined Living and Kitchen area with a wall of windows and sliding doors to the deck offering outstanding elevated water views.

The Kitchen area feature a breakfast bar with window seating for two and updated kitchen appliances. The living area has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, a mounted large flat screen TV, and pull-out couch suitable for one, possibly two, children. There is a custom tiled walk-in shower in the Full Bath next to the Primary Bedroom on the back side of the apartment with a Queen Bed, large closet, ceiling fan, and a cozy reading nook.

Although the homeowners will be residing in the attached main house, a mudroom breezeway creates plenty of "buffer" to ensure your privacy and comfort.
