This charming cottage-style property is located in Cowes and boasts three bedrooms - two with queen beds and one with three singles. The property features an ensuite and main bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, and a cozy lounge complete with a Coonarra heater for those chilly winter evenings. You can also enjoy spending time on the lovely deck, which comes with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.



Linen is supplied for the Moto Gp other bookings are required to bring their own linen sheets and towels, doonas and pillows are supplied.



Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The property does not take schoolies bookings.



A $30 booking fee is required on payment



***A bond is required with the balance payment, please note that this amount is higher for week long or peak/high season stays***
