Disfrutará de una ubicación en el nivel del lobby del primer piso, a pasos de la piscina de varios niveles Center Court y parrillas para barbacoa. NO FUMADOR - NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS. Mary's place was perfect for our family of 4. Loved how the decor matched that of centre court :) Mary was also an amazing host and answered all of my questions (even looked into ones she wasn't sure of) super fast! Perfect for family with young kids.

The condo was very well maintained and perfectly located for my 2 young kids next to kid’s pool and close to sports courts. Owner replied very quickly to my questions during stay. Would definitely book here again.

Mary was a wonderful host and provided a lot of information in advance of our stay that helped with planning. The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The shower has great water pressure, and the bed was extremely comfortable ... both of these were greatly appreciated after a long day at the beach! Access to a beach locker saved us from having to carry chairs and umbrellas back and forth every day. We truly felt like we were at our home away from home. I highly recommend this property and host.

Little piece of heaven!

This was the BEST vacation we have ever been on. This property has everything you could want. Multiple pools, easy beach access, playgrounds, fire pits you name it this place had it. Our room was very clean and cozy and we plan to make this an annual vacation!

Great time in Diamond Beach

We had a great stay at Mary’s place. The condo is very clean and organized (pull out sofa isn’t the most comfortable though). Mary is very responsive. Seapointe Village location and amenities are excellent. Highly recommend.

Nice stay

Very nice stay. Enjoyed the Seapoint. Utilized the beach, pools, grills, tennis court. Would have liked the pool by center court to be open later, as during the day it was overrun by young families & was difficult to find a peaceful spot. Overall though, enjoyable vacation.

It would be fun to have the pools open later. Thankful the Ibis pool, the half indoor half outdoor is open until 10pm. Yes Centre Court is very family friendly. Pools hours posted with photos on VRBO along with the schedule in the condo. All photos are labeled to avoid any confusion or bubble pool , kiddie pool, slide. As Centre Court is family friendly, the garden area very quiet. Ocean front large. Something for everyone.

My granddaughter had the time of her life here. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped for all our needs. The complex itself was unreal, the pools, the access to the beach, storage unit for the beach chairs made commuting back and forth to the beach a breeze. I would highly recommend this unit.
