Disfrute de este condominio de salida frente al mar en Seapointe Village. Una comunidad cerrada que está a menos de 2 millas del puente de Cape May. Relájese en su patio privado de gran tamaño o camine unos pasos hacia la piscina principal o la playa de arena blanca. Baño remodelado, electrodomésticos renovados y cocina totalmente equipada. El maestro BR tiene una cama queen size y sala de estar con TV. El FR tiene un sofá cama queen size con colchón de espuma viscoelástica y TV de pantalla plana. La lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo están convenientemente ubicadas dentro de la unidad. An amazing stay in an amazing condo!

A wonderful vacation. We have stayed in this condo 2 years in a row and it is amazing! Our family has such a great time. The walkout patio provides easy access to the beach and pools especially with little ones. Condo is beautiful and very clean and the homeowners are amazing. We will continue to stay each year!

Slice of Heaven

This property truly was a little slice of heaven. The location is perfect with a nice size outdoor patio where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean. Karen was a wonderful host, always responding immediately whenever we had a question. The place was very clean, kitchen well equipped for all of our needs. Looking forward to a return trip next fall!!

Beautiful condo!

We loved this condo so much that we are going to try to rent it again next year. It was spotless when we checked in. The newly renovated kitchen is beautiful. Above all else, the location of this condo could not be any more perfect!! Karen was a wonderful host and we highly recommend this space for your next family vacation.

Enjoyed our stay and wildwood/Cape May

Fine for two people for a week. Disappointed in the view of Sand Dunes when we were anticipating seeing the beach and the ocean but it was fine. We are no longer beach people having liven on the beach the past 50 years in New Jersey, California and Alaska.

Perfect beach location

Although the online pictures of this living space represented a very inviting and updated decor, this property far exceeded our expectations during our stay. The interior design offered more than a comfortable stay . The furnishings and fresh neutral color palette provided a most relaxing and pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped for seaside dinners as well as the dining umbrella table on the patio and comfortable chaise lounges. Although there neighboring units on either side, tall landscaped areas on either side of the patio offered privacy in that only their voices allowed for their nearby presence. The beach walk out level unit offered skylight nights and just a few minutes walk to the the waters edge, a view even from inside the unit. We felt as though we inhabited natures very own private oceanside quarters. We are so excited to revisit this property again in the 2023 season!

Beautiful Accomadations

The room was lovely and the view was breathtaking. My mother stayed in this unit and we stayed upstairs. Having a private balcony and beach entrance was amazing. I would highly recommend this unit. The owner was very accomodating. and the overall experience was amazing.

Great Place and Great Memories

We just completed our weeklong stay and cannot wait to come back. The rental is beautiful, updated and has everything you need for your stay. The premium location was perfect for our family to go back and forth from beach to pool. Many people were asking us about the rental because it is truly a hidden oasis! We can't wait to come back next summer!

Perfection!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Located steps from the beach. Very clean and up to date. Pleasant neighbors. Pools and grounds were excellent. Parking was easy. My daughter is 6 and she loved the pool with the slide, must of went down it over 100 times. We look forward to staying there again every season! Oh and 80 and sunny everyday!! Just perfection!

Beautiful fall weekend stay

Beautiful property with easy beach access. Although you can’t see the ocean due to a sandy berm, you have a serene view of wildflowers and beach grasses and know the ocean is just beyond. The unit is clean, comfortable and just relaxing! My mom and I enjoyed every moment.

My favorite summer get away !

Fourth row in a year that I am staying at NB219. I am quite the picky person when it comes to renting a place so having gone back to the same unit for 4 years says a lot. Place is super clean, owner keeps it updated, location is very convenient for me and the view is amazing.

Great stay at Seapointe Village

We have had many great memories over the years staying at Seapointe Village. Our recent stay was again a great experience! Our room in NB, ocean front, was absolutely wonderful. The owner made it so easy from reserving room to checking in to this very clean, and very comfortable room in NB. The 1st floor ocean front room was a bonus having a beautiful patio for morning coffee watching the amazing sunrise. Easy access to the beach and to the pool was another benefit. Would highly recommend staying here for a family vacation or a get-away vacation!

Wish we had been able to stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely Seapointe Village property. Easy beach and pool access was important to us and this condo is truly steps away from both. Comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable. The location is great with restaurants, shopping and so much to do very close by. We were very sorry we had to leave!

We purchased this condo because of it's amazing location. We are one of two 1 bedroom ocean front walk outs in Seapointe Village with the largest patio areas.

Rare 1 bedroom Ocean Front Walkout in Seapointe Village. One of the few homes with a private oversized patio. Close your eyes and you will think you are on a tropical island. Hear the waves at night and enjoy the peacefulness. You will not be disappointed!
