Islander Condo # 213 es una unidad de Silver View con vista al oeste que puede alojar hasta 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la sala de estar para ver el televisor de 32 "con acceso a cable digital y un reproductor de DVD / VHS. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El pintoresco dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva suite con una cama king size y un combo de 27 "HD / LCD TV / DVD. Very clean and Great Amenities

The condo was very clean and had access to great amenities with an amazing location in relation to the beach and shopping district. Rules were a bit strict, but nothing outrageous.

Great Getaway

Perfect size for me and my family. Pool right outside our balcony and a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Great location. Felt very “homey”. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were a nice size. The balcony was nice to sit out on in the morning before it got too hot. The beach chairs were a wonderful added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient to anything you’d want to do off property. We would recommend this to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been staying there for years.I am very concerned about the beach. One day there was almost zero beach except some with water. The beach is washed out and will need to be filled in with sand for summer. Not enough beach for the amount of people. Tv was broken in living room. They tried to fix it but it still did not work. Otherwise our experience was great.

Not happy with the cleaningness

When arriving to the condo room 213 to where we are staying from 10/16-10/19 I wasn't a happy guess having to see this type of filth. It really made be unhappy because it was something I had to lay on. I always check the bedding for the cleaningness where ever I will be staying. In observation of the bed I found hair strands, blood stains, and stains on the mattress pad cover, food crumbs. Yes, they came and removed it but as they changed the bedding when leaving the room while collecting the dirty bedding they placed the dirty things on the clean bedding. I don't know if they understand cross contamination or not but if I wanted to be ugly I should have asked for them to change the new bedding. Also as I went into the bathroom it was long hair strands of hair handing on the bath towels so we didn't use anything in the bathroom. Then I will stay as we sat on the couches there were some crumbs on the arms of the couch. These things make me really upset because you all charge for house keeping and things like that but the ones that's there to clean before we come isn't doing a good job at all to clean. I feel like I should be compensated for some of my stay because I should have to see any of that it was just nasty. Another thing the first bathroom tub doors has so much rust on them that they could be replaced. What ridiculous is that it's hair in the tub and it has to be cleaned because it wastnt and that's so nasty thats not acceptable if someone is supposed to be cleaning them they need to do that. Everyone that was with me either had bald head or short hair and all of this observation was done before we done anything in there. I don't know who is checking these rooms but somebody needs to.

We usually pride ourselves on cleanliness and making sure that all units are in great condition for our guests arrival. We will make sure to escalate these issues to housekeeping so they are aware and we can prevent these issues for our future guests. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our day very much! The only complaint I have was the check in info was never emailed to me like it stated. I tried contacting the host 3 or 4 times without any luck. Eventually had to contact customer service after not being able to check in to the condo. Was eventually able to get the code from the front desk at The Islander. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!
