¡Disfrute de la vista del millón de dólares a precios familiares! Esta unidad se renovó completamente en 2019 y se clasificó en platino, pero los descuentos se aplican al precio del oro. La unidad 503 está bellamente decorada en una decoración de playa-granja con un agradable ambiente abierto. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size con una reina en el dormitorio de invitados (colchones nuevos) y un cómodo sofá cama en la sala de estar. Esta unidad puede alojar cómodamente a 6 personas y puede disfrutar de un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas con DVD incorporado en la sala de estar y una pantalla plana de 26 pulgadas con DVD en las dos habitaciones. Unidad 503 tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita. Disfrute de la suave arena blanca en la playa privada del isleño, que se encuentra a solo unos pasos de su unidad, donde se incluyen sillas de playa y sombrillas gratuitas. ¡Su balcón privado ofrece una hermosa vista sin obstrucciones de las claras aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México! ¡Ven a disfrutar de una gran escapada en esta joya de unidad!

Unit is just as pictured. Feels bigger than what it is. My cons are not related to the unit at all. One of the elevators were out, which wasn’t that big of a deal. Other guest left trash out in garbage bags by the elevator instead of walking it to the trash chute. Again not that big of deal. Can’t expect property staff to know when people do things like that. . My biggest problem is the cigarette smoke. We could not enjoy the balcony at all during our stay because someone was constantly smoking. Like chain smoking. My daughter has bad asthma so not being able to be out there and enjoy that space was the worst part. We even went to inform the front desk people and were told if we couldn’t tell them who it was they couldn’t do anything about it. It got so bad that we tried to go downstairs to look up and “catch” who was on the balcony smoking. We were unsuccessful.

Overall the place is nice but when we arrived there were dirty dishes that were put with the clean ones. As for the picture showing the tennis courts in the back don’t belong to this property . Wish in the picture they outlined what was apart of the property. Basically everyone in the back is part of another property. Def need to double check behind there house keeping . Other than that the staff was great.

Great place view from the balcony was wonderful

We love the Islander. This was the first time at this condo. Was beautifully decorated. View was great! The beach was very smale. Sand needs to be dridged in. Alan the beach service guy was great as always!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our first stay at the Islander. Unit 503 had the best views, updated and cute decor, and a nicely stocked kitchen. The grounds were in such great shape. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Alan the chair guy was great! We loved having complimentary chairs every day! Work was being done on the outside of the building but the management was great at providing updates and it wasn’t an issue at all. We really enjoyed the pickleball courts too! This resort was conveniently located to everything we needed also! We will definitely be back! If I had to say one are for improvement I would say maybe to swap out the chair in the living room for a small loveseat or oversized chair. We didn’t have a lot of room when we all watched tv at night. We had the best trip and made some great memories!

The Islander itself is a great and clean complex. There are also many activities for the kids. The location of the Islander is amazing, as well. We love being able to access the jetties and being near the harbor (especially for boats and fireworks). Holiday Isle is a bit more relaxed and a little less packed. We plan to come back and would happily stay in this unit again.

The condo was clean, the kitchen amenities were exceptional, beautiful view, and Wifi was fine. However the TV reception was non existent. After informing the desk, a staff member arrived promptly and the cable box was replaced. that was unsuccessful and the following day I was given a new remote which also did not work. The following day an employee of the cable company arrived and the cable reception was functional for two days and abruptly quit working again. the only other inconvenience was no washer/dryer but I knew that going in.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and the beach view from the balcony are spectacular! The beds were very comfortable! The tables and dresser tops are protected by glass. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need. Beautifully decorated beach theme. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn't very supportive but my adult son was able to sleep comfortably on the sofa without pulling it out. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, our stay had much to be desired because the onsight management was obviously non existent. Mostly had their cell phone in one hand while trying to work. There was trash scattered in front of the elevator entrance for 3 days, although reported multiple times and never collected or cleaned. The front desk staff was dismissive and did not care if we were enjoying our stay. However, the house cleaning workers were polite and accommodating. Also the owner needs Smart TV’s in the bedrooms.
