Ubicado al norte de Jacksonville, en el extremo sur de la isla Amelia, este impresionante condominio frente al mar de tres niveles cuenta con una cocina y baños renovados, hermosos muebles y vistas panorámicas desde la sala de estar principal y las habitaciones.

¡El diseño de varios niveles es ideal para familias o amigos que están de vacaciones juntos! La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están en una sola planta. Un nivel más arriba es el segundo y tercer dormitorio y sus baños completos. En el nivel superior está el dormitorio principal y baño completo adjunto. ¡Esta suite principal cuenta con una increíble vista al mar que alegrará tu día inmediatamente al despertar!

Esta villa está a un paseo de las galardonadas playas de la isla Amelia, la hermosa y espaciosa piscina Beach Walker (¡recientemente renovada!), hermosos senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta, y un corto paseo en bicicleta o en automóvil desde las maravillosas opciones de compras, restaurantes y spa en el resort. O bien, diríjase fácilmente a la encantadora playa de Fernandina (unos 15 minutos al norte) y disfrute de la zona del centro histórico con muchas tiendas y opciones de restaurantes eclécticos.

El golf está disponible en muchos excelentes campos de la isla. Alquiler de bicicletas y carritos de golf también están disponibles, simplemente solicite información adicional.

As Advertised

We had a wonderful stay and all was as advertised. My only suggestion would be to add blackout or dark curtains to each of the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep in and get young kids to take a nap in the afternoon.

Pleasant Stay

It was a quiet stay, 4 days in all, uneventful, but restful which is what we wanted. Instructions for condo were clear and precise and were always available in needed. I enjoyed interacting with the management company very much. the only issue was mattresses were not as comfortable as they should be and oven needed to be clean. Rest of home was very nice. I would use this management company again.

Great experience, slightly underwhelmed

Couldn't beat the location. Right on the beach, pool area was great, and we took advantage of the charcoal grills on the premises. The unit itself was very clean with great views. It definitely made our stay enjoyable, but.... nothing more. Maybe we were spoiled on our first VRBO and thought all the others would match that. They were cooking utensils, but nothing in terms of spices, cooking oil, not even coffee! The "upstairs" (which was 7 steps away) had issues with the air conditioning. I suspect they knew about this ahead of time because every room at a circulating fan in their closet. We would set the AC at 70 and it would say 78 inside. We lowered it to 65, and it got the AC down to 70. Still, it was warm and tough to sleep. Last note, beds were very very uncomfortable. Kid's didn't mind it, but they don't know any better. The bed in the master was pitched in the middle, so my wife and I found ourselves every night on polar opposites of each side. It was also not the most comfy bed in the world either. That, couple with the hot nights, made us.... look forward to the morning. Plus side, we got to enjoy every sunrise on the balcony!

Communication was great. Condo has an ocean view over the trees. Kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances/ cookware. Location is great for pool and beach. We will visit again!

Construction mess made parking a nightmare and getting to beach a hassle. No pool.

We’ve stayed at Beach Walker before and enjoyed our stay last time. This time, the condo was so small (bathrooms and kitchen were tiny). No view as trees are too tall and pool was being renovated. This is our 7th visit to Amelia Island Plantation and accommodations were not up to par. Also, master bath shower drain was completely blocked (we tried to fix ourselves but it’s been that way a long time and needs plumber). We should have called maintenance but didn’t want to spend time waiting on the repair person so we just showered in downstairs bath. Master sink was also pretty backed up as well. Beds were very comfortable and washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was too small to really cook in but it was equipped with necessities.

Well Maintained

We enjoyed our visit to 1106 and Amelia Island, the property was clean, great location to the beach and shopping. Beds were comfortable and the room's nicely decorated. Our unit was perfectly located, near both the beach and pool access, with views of both. Management was responsive and helpful. Our section of the beach was particularly quiet, which was great. (Very few shells, though, unfortunately)

AWESOME VIEWS

Our Amelia Island adventure did not start out as well as it ended. We had reserved another unit with another manager. The place was disgusting (bugs, water stains, mildew). I was in the area for work and had brought along my family. In a major pinch, Ryan and the Destination Amelia team came through for me with flying colors. I was able to do everything via email from the jobsite and my wife and kids were able to move into this oceanfront gem. We were 4 adults and 2 teenage children. There was plenty of room in this unit. Furnishings were comfortable. The views were amazing. The sunrise from the 3rd level master bedroom is epic. Everyone loved the pool and the beach. The restaurants and activities within the Plantation were great. We would definitely look stay in this unit again if available. If not, I'm confident that Destination Amelia could find us another just as good. Great time had by all. Dad is officially a hero. Thanks!!

The picture is misleading. I would describe the unit as "compact"...I would rent it again. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was great, kids could walk to pool and ocean.....especially enjoyed balcony facing ocean, could sit there for hours watching the ocean and listening to the waves. Had a problem with heat on main level but it was responded to quickly and efficiently. Very nice unit , good for 6 people, close to grocery store....Would certainly consider it should we return to Amelia Island

Great condo, with awesome views and amenities!

My wife, daughter and I stayed here in June 2017. The condo was very well kept and met all our needs for a great retreat from the hustle and bustle. The walk to the beach was fine and the pool area was very nice. We look forward to coming back again to Amelia Island and this condo will definitely be somewhere we'd like to stay at again. The property management was great, responsive and easy to work with!
