This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 43" flat screen TV with DTV service. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination. This efficient galley style kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee machine,also a keurig machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedroom and has tile in the common areas.

The rental process has been seamless and each unit is different in upgrades but all the units we have rented are very clean.

Sofa in living room has broken spring and is not comfortable. I would definitely stay and recommend Palm Bay Club just a different unit.

This rental while adequate is in need of a little update. No icemaker, kitchen counter somewhat stained and under kitchen sink dirty looking where garbage missed the trashcan.

This one needed some attention, especially in the bathroom (shower very slow to drain and paint peeling). Also, there didn't seem to be a broom in the closet, which would have been handy for sweeping up sand. Other than that, the unit was well supplied and comfortable. One overall suggestion I would have for the property: It would be nice to have restrooms on the first floor of the towers accessible to guests only, of course.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me say, after some of the reviews I read, I was a little concerned about our unit. The unit was very neat, tidy, and clean. It had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, etc. It looks like a new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and possibly shower doors so hopefully the owner is started to update. That being said, if you are looking for an updated unit, this would not be the one for you. It probably is the original kitchen and bathroom. The thing some people complained about was the couch and it was quite uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of hangars in the walk in closet. The Palm Bay Club front desk was very attentive to any needs. They had just started working on the elevators which will mean there only will be one working for a while which didn’t seem to be a big problem for us. The beach is beautiful! Great for walking with a central location on the island. Overall very positive three week vacation.

It had stained towels, stained sheets, dirty carpet, peeling paint, cracked cupboard door, disgusting bathroom. Very insulted that someone thinks this is acceptable. The Palm Bay Club that I have know for 45 years would never rent something like this.

La ubicación inmejorable, bajas del ascensor y estás en la playa, el chico que te lleva las reposeras muy amable y dispuesto, solo fuimos con mi marido a un departamento de un dormitorio y baño, el tamaño ideal, suficientemente grande y cómodo. El departamento tenía todo lo que uno puede necesitar, ñoños falto nada, muy bien equipado. La limpieza excelente.La lavadora de ropa en el mismo piso resultó muy cómodo.Los parrilleros aunque muy simples en la playa nos permitió contemplar el atardecer todos los días mientras cenábamos

We stayed in the tower right on the beach. You can rent umbrellas and tents, so that was nice. Very clean establishment. We liked how they were consistent with checking wrist bands.

Bathtub faucet stuck. Handrail on inside of shower door came off. I put back on. All channels (except 2)on both TVs were unwatchable (mosaic and broken sound). Pots and pans were older than me. Very little silver ware. Paint pealing off doors and walls. Suggestion for General Property: Install 2 outside bathrooms operated with room Key on beach. Would be tremendous addition to the main asset (beach), and would pay for itself in reduced site maintenance in first year. Other properties have them. Another great trip. Thank you.

It was old outdated, could not even sit on the sofa and loveseat with out stacking pillows on it to sit on. Bathroom was the worst by far. We have always had good experiences with other units but this should not be rented.. Everything is dated.. bad,bad,bad
