Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este condominio con vista al norte parcial de un dormitorio y un baño se encuentra en el séptimo piso de nuestro edificio Grande Tower. ¡Las vistas del Golfo de México desde este condominio son perfectas para ver las puestas de sol de la tarde! Debido a que está ubicado en la Torre, es un paseo fácil a la playa. Allí podrá disfrutar de nuestra arena blanca de cuarzo y las cálidas aguas del Golfo. Las áreas de sala y comedor de la unidad se combinan para ampliar su espacio de entretenimiento y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 "con servicio HD para su disfrute. El dormitorio tiene dos camas queen size y un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 ". El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, y está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, 12 tazas de Mr. Cafetera y cafetera Keurig. El condominio está completamente alicatado en todas partes. El patio está abierto al Golfo para que pueda disfrutar de la cálida brisa tropical. Great location, close to everything! Beautiful beach and chair service. We rented bikes during our stay and that was our main mode of transportation. Riding on the beach or road to where we wanted to go.

Beds were great, sheets, tons of extra bedding to cozy up with as well! All the utensils, coffee pot options, tons of dishes, extremely helpful during the storm. We loved the view as well. The front office staff were wonderful and as always the amenities immaculate. This is our second time at Palm Bay and I have no doubt we will be back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I can’t say enough good things about the great staff. A+ treatment. Had a leak it was fixed in an hour. Added an extra day took 5 minutes. They all went above and beyond. Room was great. Only problem I had was that a group of younger people checked in on my next to last night and I heard them openly talking about someone’s fake ID. They were loud and obnoxious. I’m the last person to get security involved in anything h and was forced to use them. Immediately they tried to remedy the situation. But they were going strong until then 1:40 am. The tower is like apartments so you hear everything. Kinda took the edge off the extra night as I was trying to leave around 6-7 and was kept up til 4. Would still stay again just not during a time the youngins will be there.

The actual units are a crapshoot as they are individually owned. That means interior updates, in furniture, bedding and things like countertops etc are left to the charge of the individual owners. This unit is in a great location in the tower on the 7th floor with beach views to west. Beautiful! The unit itself could use some TLC. The biggest issue for us was the bed linens. They were old and worn and didn’t afford a clean feel

Staff is Amazing...We rented an umbrella for the beach and lounged after walking the clean, pristine beach. The only minor complaint : the apartment/condo owner did not provide paper towels and pool is pretty far from the beach. Definitely, staying here again!

Great week at Palm Bay Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time to siesta key. First time staying at Palm Bay and would make that my choice next time. Although, a littlle too far to walk to the village. We took the car a few times but also utilized both the trolley and the Frogger. Both are so convenient and very little waiting time. A great perk to have on SK as most of the time we like to park the car and not drive while on vacation. We stayed in the tower and loved the location. Steps to one of the most beautiful beaches. We’ve stayed down at the Crescent end but liked this section even better. Rented a cabana everyday which was well worth it. Unit was great. Clean and well equipped. We had a leak on arrival that they were working on when we got there but the plumber was out the next day to fix it. The sunset views from the room were amazing! We had our first try at pickle ball. So having the courts there was a big plus. Staff was great, especially Bob from security and Cooper who worked on the beach. We met so many nice people during our stay hope we can make it back again next year.

Gorgeous condo - gorgeous view - gorgeous, deep beach

My husband and I had never been to Siesta Key before. I looked through different vacation rentals and decided on this condo through Palm Bay due to location, view, etc. (I later learned my aunt who frequents Siesta Key always stays at the Palm Bay!) Anyhow! It was an incredible stay with incredible views. Check in was easy and the staff very polite. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach grill was easy to sign up for use. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Bay Club is centrally located, near the public beach and south village. The beach is huge and beautiful! The unit was a bit dated, but clean. We liked being able to step outside and be on the beach. We also really liked the lanai on our unit, a great spot to watch the sunset if you didn't want to go down to the beach. The unit had really nice blinds that were easy to close at night during turtle season. There are lots of staff around the property and they were very friendly. We wish the pool was near the beach versus near the entrance to the property. Also, the hallway on our floor always had a strong smell from someone cooking nearby, not sure the property management can do anything about that though.

Great Location and view!

Everything was wonderful! Location was perfect and I loved the view from the private balcony! The unit was clean and beautiful. One elevator was down which made it a little harder to come and go. Our Air Conditioning in unit went out and there wasn't anyone around at night to contact to fix it. But besides that it was a great place.

Wonderful beach stay

Great view of the beach and great accommodation. The building is undergoing renovations, so down to one elevator, but it wasn’t bad, only once did we have to wait for any significant amount of time. Easy checkin and checkout process. We had a great week!

Christmas on Siesta Key

The overall grounds are very well maintained and clean. However we were a bit disappointed with the unit.One bed lumpy mattress and squeaked when you rolled over. Kitchen needs new coffee pot/pots/pans. Sofa too small for comfort,living room tables woble, lighting weak. Sorry for negative things but owner could clean it up a bit. Location to beach great with decent partial view. Would recommend the property but not this unit unless it gets touched up a bit. First 3 nights no heat in unit but management brought in mainteance to fix as quickly as possible over a holiday. Also provided a temporary space heater to help until repaired.
