Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el primer piso está ubicado en el lado pacífico, costero e intercostal de nuestra propiedad. Este modelo más grande tiene un total de 1322 pies cuadrados y un máximo de 6 personas para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con 1 cama king size y su baño tiene una bañera / ducha combinada. El dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con 1 cama queen y 1 cama individual. Hay camas adicionales para dormir en la cama Murphy en la sala de estar para el uso de los huéspedes. El baño de visitas tiene una cabina de ducha y hermosas encimeras de granito. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y se suministra con los artículos necesarios que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera. Beautiful place and perfect location . Loved the trolley to take us to dinner, shopping and kayaking . Definitely will come back and hopefully book same place .

This is the 4th time we stayed in Palm Bay Club (and will be our last) but the first time in this unit. On the management side they called while we were driving to the location to say the contract was not received. I pulled over and filled out the contract again and it just spun and spun for 90 minutes. While I was at the office it suddenly showed up. I was given 8 digit code for all the gates but it didn't work. When I returned to the office they were closed for lunch. When they reopened I was given a second "temporary" code which also didn't work. The 3rd temporary code worked. I spent 4 days using alternating codes based on which gate I was at. I was not the only guest having this problem. When the manager approached me and asked about my stay he said he would look into it. Nothing! The unit met the description but the photos are deceptive. There is a stall shower in the second bathroom the size of a cruise ship shower. Also the sink in the second bathroom had no water pressure to speak of which turned out to be good because the sink drain was clogged.

This time we noticed it wasn't as clean as usual, it looked like the floors hadn't been mopped,the murphy bed had no sheets, and the dining table was dusty. Not terrible but not the usual level of clean we expect. The AC went on our last evening and maintenance had it fixed in an hour, very nice. We love the Palm Bay and will return.

Nice, updated place!

We liked this place and it’s location. It had a new kitchen with new appliances. It was very spacious which was surprising. I’m very picky on cleanliness so I did notice some hair on the master bedroom tile. That told me the maid did not fully sweep the place. Overall though, the place was clean and didn’t have any smells I didn’t like which was huge for me.

Fantastic condo, excellent location, great amenities

Property very well maintained. Condo very spacious. Plenty of eating chairs plus multiple sofas for seating. Beds were VERY comfortable. Very clean. The facility offers many beach chairs so no need to drag those out. Definitely visit this property again.

Great stay except for inconsiderate manager

Overall the stay, location and unit were great. Had everything we needed and a 5 min walk to the beach. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it were not for the management of the Palm Bay Club. The day of check out there was a huge thunder storm an hour before check out. I called to ask to check out a half hour later to wait out the storm because I am 6 months pregnant and traveling with a 1 yr old along with my other family members. I was told by the front desk person that we could check out an hour later the latest. I was very grateful and thanked her then we hung up. A minute later she called me back and stated that her manager told her if we stay later even for a half hour it would be a $50 charge. I found that ridiculous because not even in large expensive hotels or resorts due they charge you for a late check out if requested earlier. So I declined and checked out during the pouring rain with my family. My family and I stay at Siesta Key every 4th of July. We have stayed at various locations and were so happy to find a nice place on the beach. Unfortunately due to the lack of empathy and care the manager showed to us we will not be staying at the Palm Bay Club again unless management changes.

Very Happy, great location, nicely updated.

The property seemed well maintained It was furnished with anything you could ask for or need. Size of the bed rooms and restrooms was nice and spacious. The living room and kitchen area are an open floor plan. Both were nicely put together and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again. The whole family had an amazing time at a beautiful facility at the most beautiful beach in America!
