Unidad 65 - Condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con vista parcial al norte

Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en el sexto piso de nuestra Grand Tower y ha sido renovado recientemente. ¡Las increíbles vistas del golfo desde esta unidad te permiten disfrutar de los maravillosos atardeceres de Siesta Key! Debido a nuestra ubicación, está a solo unos pasos de nuestra playa de cuarzo blanco y las aguas turquesas del Golfo de México. Este condominio bellamente decorado es perfecto para sus vacaciones en Siesta Key. El amplio dormitorio principal incluye una cómoda cama tamaño king, un televisor de 37 pulgadas y una cabina de ducha en su baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos cómodas camas tamaño queen, TV de 32 pulgadas y una combinación de ducha / bañera en el baño privado. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con servicio FIOS HD e Internet de alta velocidad para su disfrute. La cocina de planta abierta tiene encimeras de granito y una gran cantidad de gabinetes. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas, sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. Este condominio cuenta con pisos cerámicos y un patio de pantalla que le permite disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales. Para cumplir con el código de incendios del Condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados que pueden dormir en esta unidad es de seis. Esta unidad requiere una estadía MÍNIMA DE CINCO NOCHES. La piscina en la playa que se muestra en la foto no es parte de nuestra propiedad.

Family spring break

The unit was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The location is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The property is large so if using the Bayside pool and hot tub it's a walk (we drove😊) but worth it!. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the tower on the 6th floor. Easy code access into the gate, building and rooms. We checked in after hours and there was a lock box with all of our check in information which made it easy after a long day of travel. Love the private beach access with free beach chairs. You do have to rent umbrellas which I recommend. The water and beach are definitely breathtaking.There is ample covered parking- no numbered parking. The unit has a good view of the beach and sunset. Highly recommend NOT missing the sunsets! The unit was clean, modern/updated, and functional for 2 adults and 3 older teens. There is a washer and dryer just outside the unit which is 2 and 3 a wash/dry (via app) and is shared by the 4 units on the floor. There is a small rolling cooler that was perfect for us on the beach. Tons of closet space in the unit. There is a pool but down by the entrance near the road. Decent fitness center which is located in The office building near the pool on the gulf side. The only part I disliked was not staying longer than a week!! I would recommend a stay here if the beach, water and sunsets are a must for your stay!! We will be back!The closest restaurant or store is about 1mile away. There’s not a huge option for food or shopping options in walkable distance but only 2-3 miles driving is everything you need from grocery to restaurants and shopping.

Beach vacay

Well-maintained, older property. It is unfortunate that the pool is so far away from our condo in the tower. The ocean, though, was lovely with a nice breeze.

Palm Bay Grand Tower Stay

My family and I, a group of 6, stayed at The Palm Bay Club at the Grand Tower for a weekend. We were impressed with the great location and amenities offered. The Tower, specifically, is located a few steps from Beach Access. They had two pools and tennis and pickleball courts available, with all the equipment necessary. The unit itself was spacious and well equiped with TVs, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. The view from our unit was great. We had a great time in at this property
