Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en el sexto piso de nuestra Grand Tower y ha sido renovado recientemente. ¡Las increíbles vistas del golfo desde esta unidad te permiten disfrutar de los maravillosos atardeceres de Siesta Key! Debido a nuestra ubicación, está a solo unos pasos de nuestra playa de cuarzo blanco y las aguas turquesas del Golfo de México. Este condominio bellamente decorado es perfecto para sus vacaciones en Siesta Key. El amplio dormitorio principal incluye una cómoda cama tamaño king, un televisor de 37 pulgadas y una cabina de ducha en su baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos cómodas camas tamaño queen, TV de 32 pulgadas y una combinación de ducha / bañera en el baño privado. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con servicio FIOS HD e Internet de alta velocidad para su disfrute. La cocina de planta abierta tiene encimeras de granito y una gran cantidad de gabinetes. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas, sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. Este condominio cuenta con pisos cerámicos y un patio de pantalla que le permite disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales. Para cumplir con el código de incendios del Condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados que pueden dormir en esta unidad es de seis. Esta unidad requiere una estadía MÍNIMA DE CINCO NOCHES. La piscina en la playa que se muestra en la foto no es parte de nuestra propiedad.

Great place to stay with your family

Family of 5, one of which was a toddler. Check in and out was easy. Kitchen had all you need except paper towel and salt and pepper. Condo was clean, except the king bedroom quilt and living room rug. There was another blanket in the closet we were able to replace the dirty one with. I vacuumed the living room rug as is appeared dirty and it almost filled the canister. The sliding door leading to the balcony does not shut all the way so you can't lock it either. Would be cautious if you have climbing or curious little kids. We had no problem though. Other than those minor things, everything was great. The communication, staff, location, view, pools, and the ease of booking an extra day when we wasn't ready to leave yet. The laundry/trash room is in the room right outside the door which was very convenient. Drying rack in the closet was a nice bonus and came in handy. Also, I didn't see it advertised in the listing so we packed our own, but this room does include a beach chair, cooler, and some sand toys for the kids.

Tower No Salt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Clean condo and close to the beach. First place we’ve stayed in many many trips that did not have any salt, pepper, oil etc. If you eat food, bring your own seasoning. Maybe a complimentary shampoo and body wash. I think you can buy the wall mount for the showers with keyed access for house cleaning to refill and it would be cheap for the owner, probably under $5 per rental. If Palm Bay is such sticklers about wrist bands maybe the wrist band could double as your entry through the door to the tower and entry to the grounds. There’s an 8 digit code for both entries.

Well-maintained, older property. It is unfortunate that the pool is so far away from our condo in the tower. The ocean, though, was lovely with a nice breeze.

Palm Bay Grand Tower Stay

My family and I, a group of 6, stayed at The Palm Bay Club at the Grand Tower for a weekend. We were impressed with the great location and amenities offered. The Tower, specifically, is located a few steps from Beach Access. They had two pools and tennis and pickleball courts available, with all the equipment necessary. The unit itself was spacious and well equiped with TVs, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. The view from our unit was great. We had a great time in at this property

Family spring break

The unit was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The location is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The property is large so if using the Bayside pool and hot tub it's a walk (we drove😊) but worth it!. We will definitely be back!

We were in Florida up north visiting family and called the Palm Bay club prior to going down south for the remaining days of our vacation. We were very hesitant because we were watching the news and it was mentioning the Sargasm seaweed. We called the front desk And asked them about it, and their reply was, it was not that bad at all. Based on that conversation, we booked the tower for the remainder of our vacation paying premium dollar to be on the ocean front. Much to our disappointment as soon as we arrived , and checked in the stench was unbearable. As we went in the office to get our key, the front desk confirmed yes, it is disgusting. Had they been honest with us when we called, we would not have come. We have been frequent guests at the Palm Bay club over the past 15-20 years. I truly feel we were misled and it cost myself and my husband both time and money that we could’ve enjoyed another time. During our stay, the smell was so rancid that we did not even walk on the sand or attempt to go anywhere near the water. Again, I’m not sure what the intentions of the management were as the place was very desolate. Perhaps they were trying to encourage people to come to generate revenue, whatever the case may be, it was wrong, and I will absolutely rethink where I stay in the future.
