Condominio frente al mar que fue remodelado recientemente. Vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones de la unidad. El dormitorio principal es un loft con cama Queen. El dormitorio de invitados tiene cama Queen con cama nido doble debajo. El sofá se despliega en una cama Queen de espuma viscoelástica. Excelente ubicación a poca distancia de la vida nocturna, cafetería y restaurantes. No se pierda todos los viernes el mercado de agricultores con visitas a restaurantes de todo San Diego. Imperial Beach es una excelente comunidad de playa

IB Beach Front Condo

Comfortable, well-decorated beach front condo in Imperial Beach. Very pleasant place to stay and nice beach for walking and jogging. Spiral staircase to the loft master bedroom is awkward and lack of efficient heating system is a problem since nights can get cold in the winter. But I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

This home was wonderful with beautiful location! We enjoyed staying here. It was little bit noisy from the bar at night but the house and location was worth it. It was very easy to communicate with Property Manager Kris. Would like to stay here again.

One of the best listings I’ve stayed in my 9 years of vacation rental visits. Greg and the property manager Kina were very responsive, kind, and professional. Beautifully situation right in the beach. Will be staying there again!

Great place for a fabulous vacation. Highly recommended.

My wife and I vacationed with my daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren (girls - 7 and 10). We all had a great time. This condo is fabulous - great location, easy access to the beach, phenomenal views, first class on everything. Most places have old worn out pots, pans, cooking supplies, silverware, etc, but this place is stocked with top notch supplies. The only complaint that we have is that a week is not enough. Would rent again and we highly recommend it. The owner and property manager were accessible, friendly, and helpful. We actually had no issues.

Fun week with the grandkids!

We live in Hawaii and our grandkids in Ohio. We met in the middle for a great beach week. There were 7 people in all. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. It is a perfect location to go with young kids. Ours are 2,4, and 6. The beach is safe and easy to get to from the unit without worrying about cars or anything. The neighborhood is cute with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The kids cried when they left, saying, “I wish we could stay here forever!”

Amazing!

This home was absolutely PERFECT for my family and I!!! The only downfall was hearing the people at the bar all hours of the night but it was tolerable and this beautiful home was worth it! I look forward to staying again in the future if possible!

Imperial Beach Condo

This property was nicely updated. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. The two decks provided the ability to chose sun or shade at any given time. The owner and property manager were easily accessible. The beach chairs, sand tent and sand blanket were a nice touch. We also appreciated the coffee k cups that were provided. If your a bike rider be prepared to carry bike up and down 3 flights of stairs. The only negativity we’re there were no washcloths for the bathroom towel sets and the three provided outside parking spaces were a tight squeeze for SUV’s, when more than one was parked at a time.

The Beach House

This was a wonderful house. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Just be aware that stairs are involved. Beautiful view of the ocean, we could hear waves all the time. If I am ever in the San Diego area again I would stay there again. The management was very responsive to the one problem I had, which was with the lock, and they fixed it.

Beautiful beach view

We loved this property. It was a short drive to San Diego where we planned a lot of day trips. Nice quiet area and the condo itself was very nice. It had ALL of our needs met. They even supplied dishwasher soap, little sample size shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste (Most VRBO property don't even offer hand soap) Greg was very nice to work with. He would respond quickly if I had any questions. Thanks you!

Loved it!

We LOVE Imperial Beach and a walk on the beach is the perfect way to start every day! The only thing I would have liked to see in the description is a note about the stairs. The spiral staircase in the picture is pretty steep and pretty narrow. We brought my mom who is nervous about stairs as it is so going up to see wasn’t even an option. Maybe I missed it in the description but this rental is also on the third floor so there is a small climb for the elderly there too. For the average crowd this place is PERFECT!
