Este bien mantenido, decorado tropicalmente, condominio frente al mar en la hermosa Isla del Padre Sur está disponible para alquiler de vacaciones por el propietario directamente. Se ha actualizado con buen gusto con temas tropicales el verano de 2018. La unidad está en la esquina norte del cuarto piso (ascensor) de un edificio frente a la playa, con ventanas en tres lados. Tienes una hermosa vista a la playa en todas las habitaciones. El condominio cuenta con dos habitaciones, dos baños, cocina, comedor, sala de estar, entrada de doble ancho y un balcón que mira directamente a la playa de arena debajo de tus pies. Es muy espacioso, casi 1,500

El dormitorio principal está frente a la playa con ventanas que le dan una vista impresionante del Golfo de México en dos lados, y una puerta del patio que sale al balcón en el tercer lado. Sienta la brisa del mar mientras disfruta de su vaso alto de bebida helada en cualquier momento del día. Otra puerta del patio le permite ingresar al balcón desde la sala de estar.

PUEDES ver la playa en cada habitación de este condominio. El segundo dormitorio con sus DOS CAMAS DE TAMAÑO COMPLETO también tiene una vista de la playa desde una ventana y una vista de la bahía desde la otra ventana.

El condominio está decorado tropicalmente para sus vacaciones en la playa. Los propietarios actualizan constantemente el condominio con nuevos muebles y electrodomésticos. Ambos baños fueron completamente remodelados hace varios años. Nuevos muebles de sala en el verano de 2018. También instalamos todos los nuevos televisores LED digitales en todo el condominio en mayo de 2018. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Really happy with our stay. Condo quite spacious and comfortable. Is older building, but we thought this condo is kept up nicely. Do get some of your own supplies, but that is normal. We would definitely book here again.

The host was great to work with & allowed earlier check in when we arrived earlier than anticipated...the best thing about this stay was the beach access within walking distance...the stay was perfect space for our family of 4.

Rooms and bathroom were clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans and utensils needed to cook and eat there. All rooms had smart televisions. There was an issue with the stove and the host quickly resolved the problem. The washer and dryer are big and easy to use. The pools and jacuzzi are nice. You can also view the island fireworks from the condo.The condo had easy beach access and has a pathway to get to it. The view is amazing. I will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending the place.

Glorious beach front condo right where you'd want to be. Quiet at night, but totally accessible to everything. Watching sunrises over the ocean from the bed or balcony cannot be beat.

The beach view was great, and watching the sunrise was amazing! I feel the kitchen should be organized instead of all the pots/pans/cooking utensils just thrown on top of each other carelessly. I know this is done by the cleaning crew, but if the owners start requesting it, they should do better. 1 of the full size beds was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The others were fine.There's some sand toys in the closet. We left some spices and dishwasher tabs as did others.The pool and hot tub are always nice.We do love to walk to Padre Island Brewing just down the street.Overall, a great stay.

We had an amazing time on south padre island however i think this place needs updating. There was supposed to be a pull-out couch and upon arrival we looked for it and there wasnt one so i contacted the host who then informed us that it had been moved out of that unit and into another which posed a problem for our sleeping arrangments. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and need to be replaced. We also had nonstop issues with the wifi all the way from getting it on the first day to it randomly shutting down and not coming back on. The dishes and cookware are also in need of being replaced. You have to supply your own toilet paper/paper towels/ ect. That being said…The place is very spacious and has lovely views, the pool area is great and the walk down onto the beach is short and the beach is always nice. All in all we had a great stay but there are some basic things that i feel need to be addressed to make this place better.

Cozy beach condo is perfect for family fun.

The location couldn’t be better or easier to get to. Perfect access to the beach. The closest grocery store is only a few blocks away. The guest bedroom is stocked full of boogie boards, beach toys, shovels & chairs. We left a few of ours to add to the collection. The kitchen is stocked very well with pans and utensils. Having a washer/dryer is perfect for families. There are even games, DVD’s & books in the TV cabinet. There’s a little something for everyone. We would love to stay here again.

Nice vacation with tiny problems.

Overall we had a great experience and vacation. The location of the property and pool areas were wonderful. There was no hot water when we went to take showers, which made bathing young children difficult. Also, the dryer wasn’t working so we couldn’t dry our beach towels or really do any laundry. The beds in the guest room were extremely hard. But overall, the condo was very nice and clean.

Condo has been rented all summer. If any issues arise, we usually send a service person as soon as possible to resolve any issues. If you were not getting hot water we could have sent a repair person had you notified us. We were also not aware that dryer was not working. Things do break down occasionally from heavy usage. It is not fair to not notify us with any problems so we can remedy the problems, and just give a bad review instead.

Awesome condo!!!

First let me say the photos don't do this condo justice. It is much larger and the master bath has two sinks. All nice surprises. The updated baths were very nice. The kitchen is big. I could have easily cooked a meal, but I don't cook when I'm on vacation. This is a very clean, well kept condo and it smells terrific. We loved walking to the beach everyday(takes 5 minutes) and waking up to the beautiful ocean. The beach was never crowded. It's a perfect location in the middle of the island away from the huge hotels. It's also very quiet which is hard to find at the beach. We will absolutely stay here again. We will bring extra bath towels next time, I did a lot of washing. There were 5 of us and 6 wash cloths. Beware, I washed white t shirts and they ended up with rust stains on them, of course they had to be the ones my kids had made at the Blue Wave :(

This is the 8th VRBO I've stayed at over the years. It was by far the best one. The layout of the condo is perfect. The large kitchen with big pantry and a view of the beach made cooking fun. We loved the bedrooms. They were big and having the bathrooms in between gave us all privacy. My husband is 6'3" and was pleasantly surprised to have a shower tall enough for him.The location is perfect. It's next to the pools and beach access. The beach path has a mat which made it easier for those of us with ankle issues to walk. The location is quiet and private. The only downside was having to leave at the end of our trip (we'd have stayed forever if we didn't have to go back to reality!). Before we even left my mom was making plans to come back to the same condo next year.

Amazing Condo, incredible host!

The condo was way bigger than we expected upon arrival! There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to be able to cook amazing meals. The view of the beach from the balcony is spectacular and just a few steps from the beach where we spent most of our time. The condo grounds are well kept and the on-site staff is also very accommodating. Communication with the host was outstanding! Any question we had, they were quick to answer and truly seemed to care that we had a great vacation. 10/10 recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

Accurate CLEAN LOCATION

Accurate description of property, very well maintained and clean and the location was excellent, right on the beach! The only SLIGHT dislike was the patio furniture was a little worn, but salt water is pretty harsh so it’s understandable!

Very clean condominium and spacious with nice decor. Had a great Easter break staying there, it was everything we were looking for in our get away.

Ocean Dream

This is a beautiful property! It had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator a few steps from the front door. The walk to the beach is only 2 minutes. I read previous reviews that recommended taking additional toilet paper & paper towels, so we did that. The beach view from the balcony is amazing! The property was clean & the property manager made the check-in process a breeze. The property is in a gated community which is a plus! Overall rating 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Property - Great Host/Owner

Great location, great unit, great weekend! The property manager was nowhere to be found on the 2 days I went to the office (when checking in and when checking out), but they were reachable by phone. The owner/host was very accessible & responsive. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Vacation was a Graduation Gift!

All four of our parents pitched in to buy this vacation week for the two of us. We both just graduated from college with our Masters degrees and this was their graduation gift to us. The stay was amazing! Our view from the balcony to the beach was spectacular, and we were blessed with perfect weather this week. Everything was perfect.
